Tikka masala was phenomenal. Portion size and flavor were both great. At 8.95 it was also a fantastic value. Will be a regular from now on.

Wow. Yum. Eat here. Excellent lunch, and they made our son something off the menu. Tikka was great, and a Khati roll is fantastic.

This place has been a go-to neighborhood deli for years, and it's easy to see why. It's a quaint spot that's built its reputation on consistently fresh, high-quality sandwiches and genuinely great service. People in town don't just like it, they respect it. It's one of those places locals will recommend without hesitation, and once you go, you get it. This is a small, classic deli where you order, grab your food, and go. Honestly, that's part of the charm. It feels authentic in the best way possible. Just a solid, well-run spot that focuses on doing one thing really well: making incredible sandwiches. Everything tastes fresh, the portions are generous, and the quality is exactly what you want from a true Jersey deli. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Places like this are getting harder to find, and Longfellow's has managed to stay a staple in the Morristown community for a reason. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's 100% worth the stop.

The staff is always friendly and quick, and the sandwiches are consistently amazing. Whether it's lunch on the go or a weekend treat, Longfellow's is hands down my favorite spot.

We were down one Dude because @JoePinto77 was under the weather . Luckily we were able to get @Jimbo2800_1 as a subst-i-Dude. Monica and her crew really treated us well. We started out with some turkey balls that we saw on @_ohsolocal_ which were thanksgiving all rolled up in riceball looking tasty spheres with homemade cranberry sauce and gravy to dip in. Next up were some classic hot pastrami samiches which are not easy to find in Morris County. Another pleasant surprise were the #pastrami filled #empanadas accompanied by some awesome sauces. There plenty of palette cleansing pickles to have between courses. Finally, Monica brought us a perfectly sized #RedVelvetCake to complete our feast. Tip of the day: If a restaurant goes through the trouble of wrapping up the food that you didn't finish, remember to bring it home. #PastramiHouse #BigDudesBigFoods #SupportSmallBusiness #BDBFCertified #BDBF

My expectation was high, the food and service was poor at best. Only people that aren't familiar with what a real Pastrami Sandwich tastes like might be happy here. Got there before noon and people kept coming in queuing one by one you could tell it was a busy local spot. I grabbed the belly buster which had a chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe, crispy, prosciutto, balsamic vinaigrette with long peppers. It was different from anything I'd order back at home and I wanted to try something different. It was tasty but looking forward to getting an Italian cold cut option next time around or trying something hot. Hubby got the Toni special and added long peppers.

I'm also a big fan of the chicken cheddar & guacamole panini. The whole menu is excellent, but I rarely stray from my favorites because they're that good! Comes with crayons but no bread to dip in the ton of sauce. What kid is slurping straight up sauce? How in the world is it the same price as a hot pastrami sandwich???? Also got up charged for asking to split half ham and half turkey on sloppy Joe instead of just turkey. Which I wasn't told about. $14 is not a children's meal price tag. Its not even an appetizer price. Had a great feeling about this spot but spending over $50 on a Taylor ham sandwich with a hash brown 1 sloppy Joe 2 meatballs And a pickle Is reason to never be back. I'm actually insulted.
