After reaching out to several contractors, they were one of the first to respond and provided a very professional and detailed quote that was one of the most competitive and fair for the entire scope of work. Being a local company was a big plus, and Gerardo was a pleasure to work with from the very first meeting--professional, responsive, and clear about the timeline. The crew was punctual, skilled, and remarkably efficient. They managed to tear down the old structure and surround, and installed approximately 750 sq. ft. of pavers in just about one week. Throughout both projects, communication was excellent. Gerardo kept us up to date by often sending us photos of the progress while we were away from the site. We were impressed with the quality of the patio that we soon asked Gerardo for an estimate to replace our garden retaining wall to complete the space. They gave us a great price for the additional 150 lineal ft. of wall. They took just a little over 2 days to tear down the old wall and finish constructing the new one, nicely matching the wall blocks to the new pavers. The team ensured everything was left clean and tidy. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled, and fairly-priced local contractor for hardscaping, we highly recommend Toledo Constructions. We couldn't be happier with our new backyard!

Excellent Service, Attention to Detail, and Professionalism!…read more I recently hired RB Handyman Service to tackle a long list of repairs and maintenance projects around my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience! Rick, the owner, arrived right on time at 8 a.m. to walk through approximately ten different projects I needed completed. These included hardwiring six smoke detectors, removing an old whole-house vacuum system and capping the PVC pipe, replacing caulking around my kitchen sink, shower, and bathtub, cleaning and maintaining our whole-house fan, replacing a faulty dimmer switch, and repairing and painting rotted wood on an outdoor shed and a bathroom baseboard. Rick took incredibly detailed notes and sent me a thorough estimate that same afternoon. The pricing was very fair, and after I approved the estimate, he called to let me know they could begin the following Monday. Jason arrived promptly at 8 a.m. Monday morning. Although I hadn't met him before, he immediately put me at ease by walking through every item on the list to confirm exactly what needed to be done. He was organized, professional, and got right to work, including picking up supplies and matching paint colors. I felt completely comfortable leaving for work while he worked on the house. When I returned that afternoon, I honestly couldn't even tell anyone had been there! Not a speck of dust, no mess, and no evidence of the amount of work that had been completed. Everything was left spotless. On Tuesday, Logan arrived to finish the last couple of painting details. Before wrapping up, he took the time to walk through the completed projects with me to make sure I was happy with everything. When I returned home, every item was finished, everything was clean, and the house was securely locked. What impressed me most was the exceptional communication and attention to detail between Rick and his employees. There was absolutely no disconnect between what I discussed with the owner and what his team actually completed. Every detail had been documented and communicated. At one point, I even thought a small item might have been overlooked, but Jason checked his notes, and sure enough, it was already on the list! It's refreshing to find a company where the owner and employees are equally professional, punctual, organized, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. RB Handyman Service exceeded my expectations. From the fair pricing and excellent communication to the quality of work and immaculate cleanup, the entire experience was outstanding. I will absolutely be calling Rick and his team again for future repairs and larger projects. I highly recommend RB Handyman Service to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented handyman company!

We are relatively new for remodeling so its good to have a full-service company handle all the permits, inspections, and design suggestions. The Scope: Replace toilet, convert old shower-tub combo with walk-in shower, install new dry floor, upgrade electrical, install new vanity light, install new bathroom fan, and repaint bathroom interior. Aaron was the one who gave the estimate and rough outline of project plan. The team then assigned three designers work with us (Paola, Joanna, and Valentina (sp?) and select tiles, colors and layouts. Everyone was in constant communication through group chat. After all the parts and components were ordered by us (Home Depot, Amazon, etc.) and delivered to our home, Y Group set up the project start date. It took about 2 weeks to complete the job. The team put up plastic covers wall-to-wall and floor protection for the whole job. Despite just working on one bathroom, there's lot of dust and noise generated with different folks coming in and out each day. Inspections were scheduled extremely quickly and they passed each with flying colors. My wife also applauded the tile installers for their cleanup each day - they literally carried a bucket of water up the stairs and manually wiped the floor at the end of shift. In the end, thrilled our newly remodeled bathroom. I would definitely consider Y Group for future remodeling projects. Their integrated project management, design, and execution team are superb.

Aaron had thoughtful ideas about new layouts for our small bathroom, and kindly returned to work through a second concept. He had a great balance of listening to our needs, plus honestly telling us when in his professional experience something wouldn't work in our small room. Their price was right in line with other quotes and we chose Y Group based on Aaron's collaborative approach with us. Paola managed the project and was amazing to work with. She was also very collaborative in approach, and met us multiple times in different showrooms to look at options for tiles, cabinets etc. She had great design ideas while also hearing us on our tastes and preferences. Once the project started she regularly checked in on progress, and dealt with the minor issues that always come up with large projects professionally. We went with a custom vanity and linen closet design from Luis and Gervin, cabinet makers they work with regularly -- it looks and feels wonderful and really maximized the usable space vs. commercial options. Walter the foreman did great work throughout, especially with the large 24x48" tiles. These are hard to work with, and every joint is perfect. Our small bathroom needed a lot of thoughtful touches to really come together, and they nailed it -- the design has really transformed the space. I highly recommend Y Group Remodeling!

While they were at our house replacing our carpet with hardwood floors, my dog Fiona accidentally got out. I wasn't home at the time and got a call saying she had escaped. My heart dropped and I rushed home in a panic. I immediately went to the park where I always walk her, searching and calling her name. There was no sign of her. I ran up and down the street, then went back to the park and called her name even louder. Suddenly, from across the park, I saw Fiona running as fast as she could straight toward me. At the same time, a man named Anthony got out of his car and ran toward her to help. When I finally picked Fiona up, I was so overwhelmed with relief and gratitude that I asked him if I could give him a hug. When I got back to the house, I found out something that touched my heart even more -- the entire crew from TSP Remodeling had actually stopped working and went out searching for Fiona to help bring her home safely. These men took time away from their jobs just to help me find my dog. That kind of compassion is rare, and it meant the world to me. And on top of all that, they did absolutely stunning work on our floors. We replaced our carpet with hardwood flooring and it turned out beautiful. The craftsmanship, the care, and the professionalism are top notch. I want to give the biggest thank you and shoutout to TSP Remodeling and the entire crew, especially Anthony. Not only are they incredibly skilled at what they do, they are truly good-hearted people. I will never forget what they did for me and Fiona. My number one priority when looking for contractors was clear communication in all aspects of the project, and I'm very happy to report that Lion Group Construction did not disappoint. I came in with a vision and budget in mind, and Udi helped me figure out what was actually feasible, what would put me way over budget, and suggestions to work around the limitations of our space. When the team hit roadblocks during construction due to past owners' questionable DIY methods and the age of the home, they were quick to text/call and let me know what was up, how they planned to deal with it, and always waited for confirmation from me before proceeding with anything that would differ from the original plan we'd made. If I had questions or noticed small details that I wanted to change in the midst of the work, they responded quickly and kindly. I was never worried that I would be ghosted or ignored, or that the work would be delayed as the project went on, which I know is something that unfortunately happens to many homeowners!!
