We had just come from The Bay where the prices of trees were exorbitant. They had affordable options at different price ranges and options with pre-lit trees, flocked trees, and different sizes, although they didn't have any really large ones on display at the time. They had really cute lighting options as well that were all buy one get one free. They were smaller string lights of about 6-10 feet and featured different types of features on the actual bulbs like snowmen, reindeer, and Santa faceplates. They had really neat testers set up in store so you could press a button on a sample string of lights to see what they would look like. The batteries weren't included with these however. There were a ton of other decorations available that were ready to display or ones to customize.

At the till I noticed a $13 price variance in a product I most needed to complete my purchase. I told the cashier I would grab the tag and show him the entire shelf was marked as so. He asked a colleague who was aware of the incorrect signage. I asked for a price adjustment or to speak to a manager. Turns out his colleague WAS the manager, was aware it was labelled incorrectly, hadn't fixed the problem and denied the ajustment. I had been looking forward to this shopping experience. Instead I left with out my products and a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

We came on the Sunday before we left, and the store didn't open until 11:00am, but there were already door crashers waiting to go inside. I had been to a Len's Mill store previously when I had lived in London, and it was alright, nothing too special. It's more of a big warehouse looking store and sells a bit of everything. While my mom was looking through the fabrics, I ended up walking around, they had a bunch of clothing items, craft supplies, bedding, kitchen and bathroom decor. They had a lot of snacks at the cash register too. I ended up getting some pretzel snacks and some candy. Overall, this store is a unique store with many different items. Although this store isn't the cleanest, or most organized, but you can certainly find some treasures. Unfortunately, we don't have a location in Windsor, maybe one day.
