Before I went into the store, I called and was told I didn't need an appointment.I was coming in from out of town. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and unconcerned. I went to the store several days later and was given a reasonable wait time. While browsing, a man, whom I now know is the owner, approached my friend and said he heard me ask about getting measured for a bra and wanted to make sure I was going to buy one. REALLY? What an utterly rude and base inquiry. Couldn't you think of anything better to say to a potentially new customer? The customer service is just awful - very self impressed crew. It charges only five minute long even though it shows that it's charging once you remove it from the charger after five minutes it dies They charge me $109 for that and they clearly says no refunds no exchange of course because it's used but why is cell products that are defective and why sell products without telling someone if it'll fit on someone big or small? They are pretty fast to make the sale but slow to informing you anything about the Indeed, this is a great store to go into but you have to be careful. Don't trust them because all they want our sales in total I wasted 300 and something dollars and so far. The most expensive one is defective. I try reaching out to them, but there was no answer. I don't live in New York City, but I will be back on Saturday so hopefully I can discuss with the owner about the product and how bad it is. I could go to my bank and get a refund because the device is defective. And I can prove it. I even kept the receipt. I simply just tell you to be careful with what you buy.
