BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD PROVIDERS, BAD BACK OFFICE, RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!
Daysi G.

This is the worse place I have been to for a specialty group. If you go back to all the bad one star reviews, it is all the same. First, they never answer the phone. you are on hold for ever. When you finally do get a voicemail of the person who s supposed to help, they never call back. I called for info on my sedation and shots. they told me it was nt covered by my insurance. Knowing their laziness I called my insurance myself and look at that.....the procedure is covered, it just needs two types of pre authorization forms. The insurance agent literally told me how often patients called them to complain about this very specific reason from this very specific location. The verification and insurance lady is too lazy to follow protocol and complete two forms for them to get approved. It's that simple. The agent also told me it is always approved if completed, it is always covered, it comes down to laziness. So, I called her back, the same person for the clinics authorizations, left a very detailed, slow, calm and informative message about sending in the proper paperwork. I never heard back. Second, some of the Doctors think they are Gods gift to the world. I have seen FOUR different Physicians and only ONE was curious. Only one took the time to listen. Dr Udupa is the best. Sad to say his colleagues are horrible. Chutkan and Wallace were quick to dismiss my symptoms even though I had gotten referred to them by Dr Udupa!!! Their own partner. Wallace walked in, looked at my ppw and said that I was fine, nothing to do about it. That's when I went back to Udupa to tell him and he was shocked. Like, why aren't you in treatment already? I told him about Wallace being in and out in literally 3 minutes or less and dismissing me. He sent me to Chutkan. I waited a bit, he walks in like he owns the world, (small man syndrome ) LOL IYKYK!!!! And the first thing out of his mouth is to dismiss the symptoms, bt then I explain how I had been sent to him as a second opinion from Udupa and he asked two of the most obvious questions from my file. The main reason that I am there!!! This guy didn't or couldn't be bothered to read my chart for two seconds before coming in to the room, looking like a troll. I laughed under my breathe thinking, how are you asking me the most obvious questions while pretending to be looking at some paperwork. He wasn't even scheeming the file, he was waiting for me to tell him the answers that he should at least have known before entering. What a joke!!!!! I had to remind him again of basic patient /Doctor knowledge and now what DOC? so TI leave and he decides to turn back around and realized he missed one of the 20 things he should have asked or mentioned and I laugh again and just nod and walk away!!!! So I decided to go somewhere else, where I am treated for everything. I do not have to inform the Doc of things he should already know. I am learning knew things about my conditions and I being called often with updates. I don't have to leave a voicemail, ever! I don't have to be on hold ever! The CORE wants to be at a Barrows Inst level, but let me tell you, you are not even at a back woods chiropractic level (no offense to backwood clinics) LOL

Jessica Hepburn, PAC is excellent in taking care of me. She is caring, listens well, timely, professional and very informative. I feel a lot better with her care and along with Kirk Puttlitz, MD surgical expertise in Peoria PR. Thank you for helping me feel better.

Scars are looking good and very small. Doubt they will be even noticeable as more than a scratch in a year.

Great job by Dr Jackson on my surgery. Also, his MA and the staff were very helpful with my works overly complicated return to work forms.

Dr. Tallman's unique approach, techniques & training, (outlined on his website), are far superior…read moreto any other doctor/practice I've researched; and most importantly, the results are nothing shy of MIRACULOUS, (as a former National Champion distance runner, I have some very high standards too!). To date, Dr. Tallman has done 12 stem cell treatments on me in the past ~8 years, NEVER ONCE failing to FULLY heal a new injury with a SINGLE treatment, (and I've come in with the full gamut, ranging from various ligament sprains & frayed tendons, to cartilage fissures, to even a fractured talus). The sheer SPEED of recovery from his treatments is equally miraculous: I'm typically back walking 5-10+ miles per day within just 1-2 weeks post-treatment; and by 3.5 - 4 weeks, ready to do what I now live for: EXTREME off-trail hiking/peak-bagging that involves 11-20+ miles & 7-12+ hours PER DAY! In addition to being a super skilled doctor and a perfectionist, Dr. Tallman's 'bedside manners' are impeccable: he takes the time to LISTEN to the patient & answer questions, he thoroughly explains what issues are present & how he plans to treat them, and he takes the time to get the treatment done properly. To top it off, his passion & drive to help people just radiates and really enhances the overall experience. Words cannot express how incredibly thankful I am to have Dr. Tallman 'put me back together' each year, (...sometimes twice per year...!), after the hiking season where I've pushed my body to insane limits. The only drawback to having such an amazing, one-of-a-kind doctor in my corner: when he does finally decide to retire, (which thankfully isn't any time soon from what he's told me!), then by default, so must I. Concluding with a specific example, (and by far one of the most impressive!) is my right ankle, which had been nearing Stage 3 arthritis from a childhood injury that occurred over 2 decades prior to my first visit with Dr. Tallman. Subjectively speaking, I was unable to "lead" with my right foot/leg while stepping down off anything taller than about 6" (if I tried to do so, my foot would literally buckle out in pain, almost like the automatic recoil one would experience from touching a hot stove with bare hands). And even just walking across a level surface would amount to CONSTANT stiffness at best, often accompanied by mild to moderate soreness/pain. Unlike all the other (new) injuries, (which Dr. Tallman confidently & correctly predicted would be healed in full after just one stem cell treatment), he made NO promises on [what HAD BEEN] my 'bum' ankle. There were mild to moderate improvements after the very first treatment, (and each treatment thereafter), and by about the 4th or 5th stem cell treatment, the healing took off in leaps and bounds, (literally!), as I could leap off a 3' tall rock/boulder, or jump down the last few steps, and land on my right foot without issue! And after another 3-4 stem cell treatments, the ankle RARELY EVER feels stiff, even after sitting for hours on end & then getting up to walk. The miraculous, 'subjective' results are consistent with the improvements on the MRIs.

I would really like to write a good review for Dr. Tallman because he is a nice and sincere man…read more Unfortunately I can't because his treatments did not work for more than a few weeks, are very painful, and it was not blearily explained that they would need to be repeated often. I have a popliteal cyst due to knee arthritis and had a series of three treatments of injections using dextrose, testosterone, and PRP. There was no was pain relief or improvement.

I had had meniscus surgery a year before from another physician but my knee condition was such that I would need a tkr. I believe I made the best choice. Dr. Moore is committed to providing the best surgical outcome using the latest technology available. He is an expert surgeon as well as being very professional and extremely friendly. His professional manner and enthusiasm are also displayed by his entire staff who provided excellent care and attention. My surgery was in mid-February 2025 and it went extremely well. I would definitely recommend checking out Dr. Moore's facility for any hip or knee problems.

I thought that…read morewas fine because I have been in so much pain and had been previously advised by another physician that surgery would be the only thing to fix my hip. I've suffered for years with spinal pain and just found out my hip is in bad shape too, and added to the spinal pain, has been more than I can handle. Yes..I am overweight! Not something that I am clueless to, but because of that, she had already decided I was not worthy of a decent conversation to help me at all! She sat across the room from me with her laptop. I clearly made her uncomfortable. Eye contact was minimal. Her suggestion to me was to go see pain management doctor! She struck down any hope I had and made me feel disgusting! I had to wait for a note from her to give to my primary doctor. In the notes, it described a detailed examination talking about ROM etc. She NEVER ONCE laid a hand on me or examined me to even really understand my situation. I've worked in medical all my life, and never once made anyone feel unworthy for being fat. Hey..even the Doctor himself had to cruise through the lobby when I was waiting for her note. I suppose so he could get a LOOK at me too. Conclusion is don't go here if you're fat, they don't like helping fat people.
