We ordered from the lunch specials menu, which we felt was a great deal. I had the Harvey Classic burger that came with seasoned fries. My father had the corn dog (Dawg) and mother had a burger as well. The food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and accurately. Everything was hot and delicious. I was so hungry I forgot to take any photos. Very satisfied with the meal. Service was friendly and professional. Our server checked on us enough. The indoor space is decorated with sports theme. Where I was sitting the walls were painted with World Cup pictures and jerseys. There were also three TVs: two showing World Cup games and the other showing a sports talk show. The outdoor picnic tables and rooftop area would be super in the cooler temperatures of evening.

Atlanta Golf & Social is tucked away in downtown Chamblee next to Himalayas. There are 3 bays available. One is more private and the other two are connected side by side. Depending on the occasion, you can rent one, two, or even all three bays. AGS is perfect if you're into golf or looking for a fun spot to hang out, eat & drink, and play with your friends or family! There are also great events, league nights, lessons, and membership programs offered at the AGS to check out! In addition to golf, it also has a great bar with delicious drinks! Everything I've tried so far has been very tasty! Kudos for great selections/recommendations. AGS does have some snacks to munch on as well. I've only tried the buffalo chicken flat bread so far but it was pretty tasty! Overall, quaint spot to golf and socialize!

The food is decent, although somewhat overpriced (for example, $18 for a chicken wrap). That's not really why we come here, though. We usually sit at the bar to watch the game and have always had a positive experience until our most recent visit. Shortly after we arrived, a woman we believe may be the owner's wife sat across from us at the bar and began loudly discussing operational issues, vendors, staff, issues with the karaoke host, and even the city of Chamblee. It felt less like a customer experience and more like we were sitting in the middle of an internal staff meeting. We tried to tune it out, but given our proximity, that was difficult. The situation became particularly uncomfortable while we were eating. She began telling a story involving roaches and repeatedly referenced them several times. Hearing an extended discussion about roaches while eating was enough to ruin our appetites, and we ended up pushing our food aside. We mentioned our concern to our server, but we did not expect her to address the issue herself since the concern was with the owner. Customers come to relax, enjoy a meal, and watch a game, not hear restaurant business issues or discussions about pests while dining. We have enjoyed this establishment in the past, but this experience left us questioning whether we'll return.

I really like the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Myself and several others wish they would change the layout a little to create more space as it can get tight. Solid TVs for watching sports. We have been wanting to try the bistro filet bites, but what we received was rancid. The meat was cooked, but it had a smell that I noticed only after biting into one, chewing, and immediately spitting it out. It was unbelievably foul-tasting and the worst meat I have ever put in my mouth, which was concerning. We were given a buffalo chicken flatbread that was swimming in so much hot sauce that we had to wipe some off the top to see, let alone, taste, what was underneath. All we did taste was straight up hot sauce. The Shepherd's Pie was a favorite, but the latest entree was largely cauliflower and broccoli with no green beans and no pan sauce. The vegetables are usually amazing and exactly what is pictured on the menu with green beans -- no broccoli or cauliflower in sight. I don't know if they were trying to cut costs, but the quality of the food just hasn't been the same on our last two visits.

However it made absolutely no sense once you have a seat & the waitress explains to you that you literally can not share not one slice of the ribeye with anyone at your table nor can they even have a French fry OR YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT the restaurant. I thought that was an immediate turn off. I feel like they could have maybe made that sound a lot more classy. One thing about me I'm going to try something in everyone's plate, especially if we all ordered differently. That was such a turn off. However, I did not order the all you can eat, in fact i ordered the same exact meal but as my dinner dish for 1 because realistically who is eating more then one once of ribeye along with a boat load of fries? I'm not. The bbq shrimp deviled eggs were good, if the shrimp was warm i feel like it would have tasted better. The oysters were really good, definitely enjoyed those. Ehh, the Ribeye i wouldn't go back to get in such a rush, the fries were crispy & well made. Now the lobster pasta!!! 10/10 nothing else needs to be stated for this dish! They also have a drink special that advertises $9 for the mini, makes absolutely no sense as it's about 3 sips & done, might as well order a regular martini to enjoy it with your meal.
