I didn't realize this was an Herbalife place until I had already ordered and the woman informed me I can't get a bowl without the "protein powder" in it. The bowl is literally water and this weird protein powder mix that is a "1300 calorie shake that's only 200 calories" which makes no sense to begin with. It says fresh fruit but they gave me frozen blueberries. Every ingredient other than the Herbalife stuff is the cheapest thing you can buy from sams club. This says it's a nutrition place but it's just unhealthy sugary garbage disguised as a smoothie spot. MLM's need to stop preying on nice, innocent people like these ladies working.

Banana Blends & Perfect Toasts: A Murfreesboro Favorite!…read more Even though I'm visiting from California and only in Murfreesboro a few times over the past four years, Smoothie King has quickly become a must-visit spot whenever I'm in town! The service here is consistently top-notch, and the smoothies are incredible. As a huge banana fan, I've added bananas to my order both times, and they get it right every single time. My sister joins me on these visits, and since she's lactose intolerant, we really appreciate how accommodating and varied their menu options are for her dietary needs. On our recent visit, we weren't super hungry, but the advertised photo of the avocado toast topped with sliced egg and chili pepper flakes looked too good to pass up. We decided to share it, and it turned out to be the perfect light breakfast paired alongside our smoothies. Smoothie King is now an absolute staple for us--especially for a refreshing treat after a walk at the nearby park. We'll definitely be back every time I'm in town visiting family!
