The team behind the counter were very nice & helpful it being my first time. It's not fancy, but cute and cozy. There's lots of seating, plenty of outlets for laptops, it's a great place to work. The outdoor patio is covered with plenty of tables. I ordered the iced coconut latte and one of the baked goods from a local bakery on display at the counter.
