I agreed to have a 20X26 concrete slab installed in my backyard. He advised it would take two days to complete the job, for a total of $3700. I made payments of $1,000 on June 1, he requested more money and I paid $500 on June 3, and $500 on June 5, in good faith. They broke the old slab (10x10) on June 05, 2023, and to this day, July 08, 2023, the service is still not done. I have tried to contact Alvaro Iturve on multiple occasions, I have left voicemails, sent multiple text messages. However, I have not received any response advising the day Mr. Iturve would complete the project. I am requesting a refund of the money that I have paid, to no avail. In case you feel tempted to contract his services, in my opinion and experience, select another contractor to ensure the job is done.
