I wasn't sure whether I wanted to do the staining myself, or just have them power wash, clean, and bleach the deck. Dave Sheill helped me to make this decision, and decided to hire Peak to Peak to do the preparation for staining, and then I applied the stain myself. Dave helped me by recommending the kind of stain, and stain color (clear, turned out great). He even recommended the application method and suggested that I do two coats. Things turned out beautifully. The workers arrived on time and were very efficient at getting the job done with high quality workmanship. I am VERY pleased with this company and recommend them highly for any painting job.

Juan Mejia and his crew at Renaissance Painting LLC, just finished painting the exterior of our…read morehome, and we're very happy with every aspect of the job, start to finish. The house looks great! Before bidding, Juan walked the whole exterior, noting the little details that needed to be addressed (a few issues with siding, etc.), and offered to take care of all of them for us. Other contractors bid the painting component, but would charge an open-ended time and materials for any repair work. Juan just wrapped it all up in one, competitive price, and delivered on everything, with no follow-up required by me. He even replaced more pieces of siding than anticipated, and addressed a couple of other issues I wasn't aware of, at no additional charge. They were right on time to start (and end) each day - important for us as we needed to manage our dogs. On top of the excellent work, Juan and Nelson are very friendly and a delight to work with. Highly recommended!
