We contacted Paint Pals of Fort Collins to paint our house as soon as we heard back from our HOA…read morethat we were approved for painting. They sent a very professional estimator out to our house quickly to meet us and talk about the services they provide. They broke the price down based on the different paint products available and even offered quotes to replace some damage on our house. We found their prices to be comparable to other painters we got estimates from and were able to choose the kind of paint that gave us the best cost vs effectiveness balance which was nice because some painters are limited to one line of products available. Much to our surprise they called and said that they had availability much sooner than they originally thought and were able to come out the next day to begin painting. After a full day of very thorough prep work they had a crew large enough to paint all of the body in one day and trimmed out the next. The final paint job looks AMAZING! I was so impressed that they came back at a time that was convenient for me to walk the house and discuss any issues that I noticed. There were very few, but they dealt with them immediately and professionally. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and the value we got for repainting our house!

After seeing the excellent paint job done on my neighbor's house, I contacted Mike this past…read morespring. He spent about an hour with my wife and I while we toured the outside of our house, offered suggestions on paint schemes, and ultimately gave us an idea of the quantity of supplies, primer, and paint would be needed, along with a "low to high" cost estimate. He doesn't produce a nice glossy report with a warranty like other companies. However he obviously "knows his stuff", and we decided to proceed with him even though the low end of his estimate was more than a couple of other competitors including a Denver business that regularly canvasses Loveland. His crew was excellent. They prepped the house for 4 or 5 days to wash, sand, and spot prime bare spots (PLUS the undersides of all siding boards...not just the bottom 4 feet or so). Then the crew completely primed the exterior (the primer was tinted, not white), applied a thick coat of paint, followed by trim and exterior doors. Mike regularly visited the job site for suggestions for the crew for touch ups. They were steady, polite, hard workers, and cleaned up every night. Ultimately after 6 straight days of work with one weather interruption, the job was done, billed out at the low estimate he had previously given us. I highly recommend him and his crews for anyone looking to have a quality paint job done.

Jeremy does INCREDIBLE work! I want to tell everybody I know about how thorough he is and what a great job he does! We've had a few others before we found him and the work they did was definitely not that good, but Jeremy and @Longmont Handyman Services LLC is the real deal! He is so meticulous with his work and everything looks beautiful! He wasn't afraid to tackle the mold and gross stuff in both our tubs to remove every bit of old caulk and then re-caulk them beautifully! He even researched our one tub to find out that it actually SHOULDN'T have been caulked previously in the first place, so he removed all of it and saved us from making the mistake of having it caulked again! He is so good at educating us about stuff around our rental house, which we really appreciated and needed to hear! He fixed our front door that used to SLAM shut and now it shuts so gently! He was mindful of our indoor-only cats and made sure to never let them out. He's very friendly, too, and we had some really cool conversations. He communicates via text very well and is VERY good about working around my constantly-changing schedule! We would trust him with anything we need done. I'm saving Jeremy's number for any and all future tasks we might need him for and now our landlord has a really good, dependable, and local handyman for his property for future tasks. Thanks so much, Jeremy!!!

21st March, 2026 To…read morewhom it may concern, I wish to express my strongest recommendation for using Sergio Francia's painting service. As a Colorado resident, our homes need protection from the especially harsh UV sunlight we experience. My wife and I were several years past due in painting our home resulting in a number of issues. We had sun damaged paint, nails falling out of our siding, deep door scratches from our dog, and exposed and cracked wood trim in the soffits and around the windows. Therefore we called 13 painting companies and received 7 bids. Our criteria was simple. We wanted an established company, with local ownership, willing to take the time necessary to repair and paint our home, using quality craftsmanship and materials. We also insisted that all painting quotes include Sherwin William "Emerald Rain Refresh Exterior Acrylic Latex Paint", which as we discovered is the best exterior paint Sherwin Williams makes. Sergio and Juan Francia took the time to explain how they would complete the repairs and stated their preparation work would take their team 2-3 days before they could begin to paint. They also stated they would only use Sherwin Williams Paint, Sherwin Williams 850A (45 year) caulk and Sherwin Williams primer. They fixed our siding, repair damaged wood, caulked all the seams and sealed everything prior to applying paint. True to their word, Sergio, Juan and Jose, transformed our home. They took their time, they wisely recommended that we apply a third coat of paint to get the best end results on the most sun exposed surfaces. They treated our house like it was their own. I am both humbled and appreciative for all they have done for us. I end this with the following advise. Your home is your biggest asset and investment. DO NOT cut corners trying to get it painted or you will end up repainting it time and time again. Please hire professionals who take the time, care and craftsmanship to do it right the first time. Francia's Painting are those kind of people. I am confident you will be happy with the results. Respectfully, Timothy P. I met with 4 other companies and every time I spoke with the others it became more clear why Francia's Painting was the right one to go with. My experience with Francia's Painting was top notch in all aspects. Communication was very consistent, pricing was competitive, and their attention to detail was something I've never seen before. My house was certainly not an easy job, because I had damaged and peeling siding which required a ton of prep work but Sergio assured me that him and his team can get the job done with ease and they delivered on their promise. Like any other project there were some complications that occurred but they always went above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. During my research phase I kept seeing tons of people recommending Francia's Painting in my local Facebook group. Now I understand why everyone was advocating for them so much and now I will be one of them also recommending them to others and using them for future projects.
