In the early stages of selling our home, she came over twice to advise us on painting (what to paint and what colors), and what changes had to be made to get the house ready for sale. This was great information for us. We did what she suggested. When we had completed her instructions, she came over and did her magic staging the house. WOW!, the house looked fantastic. In the end, we had four offers for the house two days after the listing and they were all well above the asking price. I credit this to our realtor and to Sara - Thanks Sara!

I had the movers for the heavy stuff, but I needed a logistics person/organizer to take care of all the smaller household things and determine what could be eliminated from the move, or be donated, or trashed. Basically to clean house for a fresh start elsewhere. I interviewed Shelley to help me move because she had years of experience doing the same thing for others, she was very positive and energetic, she was enthusiastic about helping me accomplish my goal, and her service was reasonably priced for the job at hand. Well, it was one the best decisions I ever made. It was very stressful time being on the clock and difficult making decisions about what to leave behind. If it wasn't for Shelley, I couldn't have gotten it done. She did the organizing, packing, helped me with decision making, like what organizations might benefit from my having things I was ambivalent about, and worked like a dog for three days. She unpacked everything and organized it in the new apartment like it was her own. She got the job done flawlessly as advertised. I recommend using her to everyone, whether the job is small or large. She is sensible, seems to have unlimited energy, a can do attitude, and cares about you. She is just good at getting what you want done. Period.
