I mean I paid for the house I invested in it and then jenny comes and does whatever she wants (that is what the contract is saying) and then if you are not happy she still takes your money ? how is that ok ? creative control is when the design is appropriate and good and helps your property calling me a bully when she took my money she did what she wanted and the she is bullying me with her contract ,with my money in her bank account how is that ok ? I am just asking for what I think its fair my refund for the fact that her furniture was not in my house for more than 24h that it did not benefit my house at all how is that bullying if I ask for my money back when i am not happy with the service? I would say 50% of the work done was sub-par. Happy with the floor install and most of the kitchen…read morecabinets. The painters were unprofessional and didn't prep prior to painting (paint already peeling from the cabinets - started peeling two weeks after completion). Kitchen install was decent except they cut up the bottom of brand new cabinets to simply install an undermount light fixture (leaving an unsightly result) . Ridiculously overcharged for basic standard materials. If you have your own taste, preferences and a budget, I would not recommend PSSD.
