I didn't care about a discount, I just wanted to feel that I got my money's worth. What I got was no better than I could have done myself -- probably not even that good. Nobody cares about your house like you do, I guess... but I would absolutely not recommend this company. They won't send craftsmen, they will just send laborers. I guess that's standard nowadays, but it's pretty sad. I won't be hiring out a job of this importance again, you just can't trust people to take pride in their work anymore. Brent, you had to come back five times because I kept finding errors. Cracked tiles, exposed nailheads, bad grouting... And not once did anyone on your team apologize or admit that it was poorly done. Make note people: the way this business responds to an unhappy customer is to blame and mock them, not take responsibility. Is that who you want to do business with? The response speaks volumes.
