Due to legitimate…read moresafety concerns about trusting the team responsible for the incident to perform the repairs, we took our vehicle to an independent body shop that was ready to begin work that same week. However, because of ongoing delays and lack of communication between Sullivan Tire and their insurer, Federated Insurance, we were without our car for over a month. Sullivan Tire's handling of this situation has been unacceptable. While their claims representative did reach out regarding lost income, they have refused to honor documented time lost from contracted work and have not covered out-of-pocket costs directly caused by their negligence. We are continuing to pursue this matter.
