There was water leaking from my ceiling and it took 4 phone calls before they finally sent someone over to look at the house. By then, there was severe water damage to the ceiling. Today we got our security deposit back in full and they even wrote us a nice note on the check saying "I hope we can be of assistance in the future, thank you". Which just really meant a lot.
