I had an incident where the front door lock on my house broke and I called them at 2:03 pm. By 2:45 pm they had come out and completely replaced my lock. They were professional, quick and thorough and they not only repaired my door but they restored my peace of mind, for which I am so grateful. I can't recommend their services enough.

This one individual doesn't speak for the entire business. So they come out the next day and measure, and the guy tells me they will have the price by the end of that day but if I wanted to come the next day I could. Waited til 1 p.m. the next day to arrive, and they did not have the quote at the business. Apparently, they guy who came and measured carries the quotes around with him instead of keeping it at the main store, which does not make much sense at all. If a customer comes up to the business, wouldn't it make more sense for the information they want to be at the business? The other thing that bothered me, is that the guy running around with my quote was obviously working, just not in store, so why couldn't his business phone be contacted he be asked over the phone how much it would cost? I am a customer and I made a special trip to your business just like I was told I could the day before to get this information, it should be there for me. I was told I would have to make another trip up to the business when the guy running around with my information was back in the store. This does not seem like a good way to earn anyones business. I will be going elsewhere.

Only word to describe them is....awesome!…read more We had used our property management company initially when we tried to sell our house since they had all the information already saved and our house sat for over 2 months with no progress on it. We switched to Keller Williams and Destiny and her team had over 14 showings, open house, and under contract in 2 weeks. Even after the contract fell through a few times during the process, Destiny and her team kept pushing and we finally closed on our house yesterday! Communication, customer service, and their overall willingness to help us was above and beyond what we could have ever expected all while we lived across the country. We received almost daily and weekly updates throughout the entire process and couldn't ask for anything else! As a military member and a family, this is the company to use for your buying or selling needs in Clovis, hands down!

They were so nice and helpful and answered all of our questions. Our apartment was small and in a sketch place but we had zero problems there and the neighbors were very very kind. The people at Colonial were very helpful whenever we had issues submitting our rent online and just agh I literally can't say enough how wonderful they were. We were able to get a shorter lease from them if we needed but ended up using our full 6 months. Moving out was so easy we packed our stuff got the carpets cleaned (per the lease) they even provided us with a list of carpet cleaners that they have used and recommended which made it even easier on us! And then after they came and the inspection was short and sweet! Today we got our security deposit back in full and they even wrote us a nice note on the check saying "I hope we can be of assistance in the future, thank you". Which just really meant a lot. If you are military and are waiting for base housing I HIGHLY recommend looking for an apartment or home or even if you want to live off base in general, using this company! Their office is easy to find and they are such a friendly group of people!

They lost our paperwork showing we paid our pet deposit and we were charged exorbitant amounts for things we were not told we would be charged for at the move-out inspection. When I tried to contact the property manager about the charges, he was incredibly unprofessional. He would repeatedly dodge answering my questions and never provided proof (receipts) for any of his charges. After a month of back and forth, and a letter from an attorney, I finally received my deposit back, but it was still the incorrect amount. Save yourself from being taken advantage of by this company, rent from somewhere else! Also, if you are a homeowner, do not lease through Colonial Real Estate! There was water leaking from my ceiling and it took 4 phone calls before they finally sent someone over to look at the house. By then, there was severe water damage to the ceiling. If they had responded sooner, the ceiling wouldn't have been ruined.
