First off let me say that if you are looking for a decent realtor company there are plenty Clovis. However, if you are looking for an amazing company whose team members goes above and beyond let me recommend Swanter Realty to you. We live in another state, so we must rely heavily on these members being our eyes, ears and hands while we are away. We were working with another company that recommended that we sell our house for last year's market value. We shared our concerns on the matter and ultimately left them due to us both not being on the same page. Then we came across another company whose agent recommended the same. Being frustrated with the process I finally did my research and reach out to Swanter Realty to see what they would recommend, and it was a difference of $20K. The members explained the comp value, current market and why they wanted to list our home. So, after deciding to work with them they presented 3 different numbers. My family and I chose the middle number to be on the safe side. After investing 15K in renovation the house was ready to be staged. This is a normal process however one of the amazing team members name Destiny went over on her birthday with her husband to complete a few things that still needed to be done inside/outside the house the night before pictures. We could have waited but this was just a small testament of the many things that were accomplished after hours to ensure our house was ready for viewing. Another testament destiny was her calling on vacation to see how we were doing with the process and if we had any concerns. How many times have you called a client or customer on your vacation to see how they are doing? I worked in medical for 20 years and never did it once. Any question or concerns are answered by their team. This was amazing as my first conversation was with the boss in California, then the amazing team in Clovis handled the rest. After getting an offer on the house it was $6K more than what we were asking for. Once again if you are looking for an ordinary company this one is not it. However, if you want top notch professionals adhering to your every need and concern while treating you as an VIP from start to finish then this is the company, I suggest you invest in.
