At some point, I was thinking "does this place even exist?" because no one knew how to get there. I walked around for about 15 minutes and saw that it was on the same floor as Amber (consistently ranked the best restaurant in the city), so I just popped on an elevator and press the 7th floor. Getting off the elevator, I took a peek at Amber to my right, knowing that I would have to blow serious dough just to afford an appetizer there. Upon entering the venue, I sensed the intimate nature and privacy of the place. It was really quiet, classy, and exuded luxury like no other function room that I've been to. The staff in charge of tea and confections were highly trained, moved fast, and were rarely seen as they seem to blend with the surroundings. The carpet was exquisitely velvet and the chair comfy as a cloud. As I sat down, I received the press release for the event and the rundown, which they happily gave to me in Chinese while a woman who sat next to me had both the English and Chinese version. For dessert I had the American apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which is an extra $20HK. It took 20 minutes to prepare and was a nice ending; however, nothing about it particularly stood out. Our table brought our own bottle of wine, but I'm unsure if there's a corkage fee. The eggs were a little bit undercooked, some of the egg white was still runny, the ham was a little bit dry, but the mushrooms and tomatoes were fine. They are very generous with the toast, giving you four pieces. The coffee was a solid cup of joe. The saving graces for the FCC are the atmosphere (relaxed and casual) and extensive menu. There are plenty of choices such as an American breakfast set, English breakfast set, Hong Kong breakfast set, pancakes, omletes, pancakes, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, congee, eggs benedict, corn beef hash, and much more. The fantastic views, to the helpful staff who brought all our luggage to our room and it was a lot of suitcases as we were only staying a couple of nights before flying back to the U.S. it was the last leg of our Asia tour so we had amassed quite a lot of souvenirs and shopping to bring home. The views from our room were spectacular! Especially during the golden hour where Hong Kong bay just seems to light up and glow. We took every opportunity we could to take in the views. I called the concierge desk to ask for help getting reservations to a restaurant I wanted to take my family. After many attempts, they couldn't connect with the restaurant, but they gave us 2-3 other options where I could go for dinner and they made the reservations for me. The dinner was perfect and we enjoyed the food. We hired the Grand Hyatt airport limousine van to take us to Hong Kong airport. The service was above and beyond. When we pulled up to the airport terminal there were two Hyatt staff members waiting for our arrival with two baggage carts. Once the van pulled up they unloaded our luggage and pushed the carts behind us to follow us to the check in counter and unloaded everything for us there.It was seamless and smooth to check in. We had a perfect stay there and can't wait to go back again!

Located in an industrial building in Fortress Hill, a large space is reserved for the 2 dance studios for dance classes to take place. Normal dance classes hold around 20 or so people whereas during big events such as dance festival, in which renowned tutors and dancer abroad are invited to give classes in HK, the rooms could pack up to 50 people! Earlier classes start at 17:30 where as most classes start 19:00 and 20:30 catering to the working population, SD would be your another option other than hitting the gym and lifting dumbbells. The energetic dance moves not only will make you sweat, but will make you a star on the dance floor as well~ Just a side note, the couches outside of the studios are quite ideal for a quick nap and indeed many students often do too before the classes start; but if manners are in concern, I would suggest not to do so.
