The class was honestly kind of hard/advanced for her because she was still so little. I think that class had kids from 3-5yo. We only had a couple lessons before the gym shut down because of covid. They reopened August 2020 (I think?), and I took my daughter back and she stayed there until the end of 2020. She made tremendous progress during those 4 months at Kips. I think the class she was in (led by Coach Candace) was really good for her. Candace was great with young kids and knew how to support them well. The obstacle courses were also a good challenge; they had beams, bars, and lots of tumbling activities. I also liked that it was an hour long. I didn't give 5 stars though because they changed coaches often. My daughter had 3 coaches during the time she was there. There was one coach before covid whom we didn't see again when we returned post-covid shutdown. When we returned, we had Coach Whitney. Whitney, I think, had a hard time with the littler ones. Preschoolers need visual and hands-on learning. She relied too much on verbal multi-step directions, which are really hard for young kids to follow. She also didn't physically demonstrate a majority of the things the kids were asked to do in the obstacle courses. Older kids would be fine with verbal instructions only, but the young ones need visual cues and they need to see things shown to them. Then Coach Candace replaced Whitney. Candace had a lot of energy and SHOWED the kids what to do rather than just telling them what to do. She was a better fit for the 3-5yo class. We moved after 2020 and have been to 2 other gyms. Neither of them provides the same kind of rigor that Kips has. I would definitely return to Kips if we lived closer. I'm thankful for the time we spent there.

His first time he cried and didn't want to do it any more. Smh. After the 2nd session he couldn't wait to go back again. Then after his kindergarten year he has been attending Wca getting trained, eating healthy meals, running faster, social skills dramatically improved He couldn't even catch a football very good. He know has been on Wca tackle football teams for the last 3 years and on the 7 on 7 team now and is a 3rd grader. They have programs for soccer, baseball, softball, football, etc. My 7 year old now is in his 2nd year training full time While attending wca, Both my boys have a 4.0 in school, we're 18-0 on their Wca boys basketball team, were both invited to tyreek hills Camp and Justin Jefferson's camp, etc. I could go on and on. My boys are now at their second home. Winner circle Athletic's has tutors help them with school work from their online schools they attend at norco corona unified school District and another charter school. They get their supplements, they have their own dietitian, prepped healthy meals, training , nomadic boots, cryotherapy, cupping, massage therapy, massage gun therapy, they even have a sports psychologist on site mindset training. There's so many places…read moreto go explore, people are really respectful for the most part so there's not trash on the trails, even people who bring their kids don't let them run around screaming like in some places. Nature is very much respected. It's also absolutely gorgeous! There's little Creeks, tiny waterfalls, the nature preserve itself is stunning, they have an area set up just for little birds to come visit that is beyond adorable, the birds you can come up to you! Well at least they did with us. I've also been to several weddings here, it's a really nice venue. Especially if people put lights up and have a dusk wedding OMG Parking is free, cheaper than therapy, wonderful break from the rat race. This is by far my favorite place in Orange County to just unplug.
