Later in the ordering process, we were told that the one-time set-up fee was actually only good for 6 months (even though he made it sound like we'd only ever have to pay it once). The product turned out great, though it was finished later than we were quoted. When we went to make a second order soon after we made the first, we were told we'd have to pay the "one-time" set-up fee again (even though it hadn't been 6 months yet)... something about a stipulation with our particular order. Unbelievable - what a scam! The only reason we're giving two stars instead of one is because we liked the product. Terrible, dishonest business practice though!!!!
