Tracy was super flexible - we changed the order up a few times and helped us decide exactly what we needed for our little party, and I also picked it up earlier than planned. No problems! We had pulled pork, a specialty of the house, and the usual suspects for sides. They provide three different sauces from three distinct regions, which is great. A bunch of our guests were from Saint Louis, so the KC style sauce went fast. I'm partial to the mustard sauce because it is so unusual to find in this part of the country. They're all good.
