Recently the card machine has only worked intermittently, and this past week 11/10-15/2025 Sudzway is closed. Sign on door says "Closed for Maintenance" but there's no evidence of anyone working on anything. The mail box by the front door is stuffed full of mail and the place is looking abandoned. The last time the card machine was working I put a lot of money on two Sudzway cards. I'm going to try and get my money back so I can go to another laundromat with better regular maintenance. I'm sad because my prior experience with the machines has been positive.

They have a $6 transaction fee on the ATM and to wash it's already $8 + 50/25 cents to dry(that parts understandable). and all the labels on your guys washers are enough alone to make a grown man cry. as well as there being human or dog feces on the floor in the bathroom. ohhhh and the dryers BURNT my brand new sheets being in for 15 minutes.
