Walked into Pasquale's (which happens to be conveniently located next to my grocery store) and came away very hopeful after a warm greeting by a lovely couple. My clothes were ready for pickup as promised and the attention to detail (i.e. stain removal) was extraordinary! Prices seem in line with what I had been paying ($13 for a men's suit). This very happy customer has found her dry cleaner!

THEY "LOST" MY DESIGNER DRESS: DO NOT TRUST THIS CLEANER WITH YOUR CLOTHES:…read more I USED to be very happy with their services. They did a great job tailoring my dresses at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Unfortunately, last week (Oct. 25th 2011) I dropped my brand new white dress off (never worn yet, tags were still on) and made the agreement to have it tailored by the end of the week for me to pick up. I went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready. I needed the dress that day so I simply said "okay, may I please just have it back then?" I was then told, "WE CANNOT FIND YOUR DRESS. IT IS LOST AND NOT HERE." I still do not have the dress and was not offered anything to compensate for them "loosing" my designer dress. Anyway, just beware, especially all of you ladies with nice clothing.

Recently came back from a long trip and the last thing on earth we wanted to do was the 6 loads of laundry we left behind or the ultra dirty clothes still in our luggage. I printed up the groupon for 40 lbs of laundry for $20. Heaved my laundry into my car and headed down. They open at 7am so it was really perfect before work to get those clothes off my mind. Weighed in at the intake and a nice woman said she'd call me when they were done. I was new so I left my phone # and address on a sticky note at the counter. The whole day passed and I never got a phone call. Late in the day before I left work, I figured I'd give them a shout. A different girl answered and confirmed my clothes were done. No call. but hey they are done! I got there and they had already put my clean clothes in a laundry carrier to make it a litle easier to get outside to my car. Because I had gone over the 40 lbs ( yeah tons of clothes it was embarrassing almost) Easy checkout, processed the groupon without any issue and they have a tablet POS system so you can sign with your finger and get an email receipt! I now have ultra clean, expertly folded, and fresh smelling clothes to wear again! Thank you Eco Bubblies you have gained a customer for life!
