My family and I had a beautiful stay at The Cliffs over the holiday season! Our family friend had timeshare points to use and we happily took them up on their offer to stay at The Cliffs. The resort is beautiful and overlooks the gorgeous Table Rock Lake. We stayed in a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit in the lodge with a full kitchen, fireplace, and balcony. It sleeps 6 people comfortably with a sleeper couch in the living room. It had everything we needed! There was no shortage of things to do on-site from daily activities, mini golf, pools/hot tub, giant chess outside, cornhole, and access to some of the Big Cedar Lodge amenities nearby. I also appreciated that they have a shuttle available to take you to the activities house and Big Cedar when you need. We took advantage of two fun daily activities - mug painting and candle making. The crafts were simple but fun! The staff who ran the activities and drove the shuttle were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and I can't wait to visit again! read more

Part of the Blue Green timeshare network. My parents had a Rez that they could t use, and I happened to be passing by, so I spent 2 nights here in September. The good: beautiful rooms. I had a poolside walkout, 2 bedroom suite. Nicely appointed. Comfy and quiet. Not so good: the pool/patio/hot tub closes at 8 or 9 and they come by and lock the gates from the patios. No food on site. Just a small snack store near the front desk. No restaurants even close to the place. It ideal for a guy on a trip by himself that's isn't planning on cooking. Beautiful views, great infinity pools. Definitely an older crowd, so they roll up the sidewalks at about 7 pm. read more

We are very impressed with The Cliffs. Everything is nicely kept, clean, and beautiful. We stayed in a two bedroom unit in the lodge. The rooms are very spacious, with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. The best feature may be the large balcony with amazing views of Table Rock Lake. There are several activities on site including a marina, mini golf, swimming pools, and daily craft activities. Beautiful property! Gorgeous fireplace and fire pits everywhere. Infinity pool overlooking the lake. Lifesize chess for kids (or adults!) to play. Several nice grills on site. Check out the activities on site, many included with your stay (sign painting, make your own fishing lure, custom coasters & yoga). There is a fitness center on site as well as a shared computer & printer if you need to get some work done. The access to all of the Big Cedar amenities makes it even better! Free mini golf, two infinity pools, gorgeous views, lovely rooms, friendly staff - unless you're a group of half-drunk 30-something women laughing loudly while playing card games in the lobby after 10 pm - but they weren't really rude, either! The security guard made sure we didn't set ourselves aflame at the fire pit outside in front and he seemed to enjoy our shenanigans. The affiliated resorts nearby also had amenities we were privileged to use. A lazy river, small water slide, free rentals for paddle boating, canoes, and kayaks as well as their own mini golf course, a playground including a small rock wall, and more! I enjoyed my stay. I wish Branson had more activities that didn't include high-priced dinner theatre. I've been to one before elsewhere, and it was certainly good food and very entertaining, but not really our thing. I wish I had gotten to tour the cottages at The Cliffs, but they were all occupied. I would happily return to this resort, though I would be interested in staying at the main resort, too. It's more of a getaway spot for me rather than a place surrounded by lots of activities that I enjoy. read more

This place is so nice! We've only stayed in a two bedroom but it faced the lake, we got a room on the first floor right outside of the grills which was awesome! Despite still being under construction (which we were not told at time of booking) the property is wonderful! Our 2 bedroom accommodations in the Lodge was perfect for our visit. We did not do any cooking at the property but the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. And if it wasn't there, additional items could be checked out at the front desk. Very nice grills are available outside down by the pool. Also full washer and dryer in second bather of our unit. Great view of Table Rock Lake but if you looking to sit out on your patio in the morning and enjoy your coffee in piece and quiet just know they start working on the construction about 6:30am. Unfortunately, we will not be able to stay here again because it is a blue green vacation property. Would love to stay again but since we did not want to become owners of their timeshare immediately in the two hours they give you information we will not ever be able to come back. Sad. Kind of a screwey deal if you ask me since they won't let you even go back and think about and crunch numbers but I guess it works for some people. If you get the opportunity to stay here I highly recommend it! read more

Wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was great, the house was amazing! The game room was nice it kept the boys busy. The media room was a jewel, pro tip is bring some recent releases and veg out. They had a cute scavenger hunt we did, it was fun! Just come and relax is the biggest tip I can give, you won't regret it. The staff even accommodated my service dog which was wonderful. read more

So this is our second time at this place and pretty disappointed to say the least. Chimney was broken in our house and they moved us because it was a safety concern. The three guys that helped us love our junk were very nice but as for the hassle all we were given was a small gift basket with dove chocolate and nuts . Then our downstairs living space had a leak and the carpet was soaking wet, when we called for it to be fixed the young man who came to fix it was not rude but it seemed like he had no customer service skills, not helpful. So we lost a day of our vacation and all we got to show for it was a gift bag. Maybe next year we will try a new place. read more

I love this place I grew up going to one of the big houses with my grandparents,parents and siblings it was always so fun and we had so many fun memories but as I got older we stopped going but around July 2021 we went for my sisters wedding and we stayed in that house it was just like I remember the smell was the exact same in the media room idk what is is it doesnt stink but something about it because when I went in there it was like so many memories came flooding back. Well, where to begin... first of the place is nice, it definitely has a lot of great amenities and it has beautiful views. Now, let me tell you about my experience here... #1 complaint) my family and I decided to stay here for 1 night on bonus time( if you are a timeshare member you know what I'm talking about) because this place has a two minimum stay for timeshare holders, you technically pay for two nights.. when you stay for one night. (Change your policy Bluegreen! of charging us two nights when it should be one night for members). #2 complaint) .. this complaint upsets me a lot. So since we stayed here for one night on a Saturday, the next day was check- out but as we know check out is at 10am. That morning I felt so nauseous, dizzy and I had a bad knee, so it was taking me longer to get ready and I was in pain meds.. well I decided to call the front desk and James answer the phone.. I told him if I could have at least a 15 minute or 30 minute later check out - after I had explain to him my condition. Well.. James said to me "unfortunately check out is at 10am and we already have our limit on check outs", very rude by the way. ( I was like, did he not hear what I said?!) I told him nicely again if he could give me just 15 minutes at least or to check with his supervisor for that request, he then again said "No, still check out is at 10am" (James the front desk guy didn't even bother to accommodate me or ask his superior for my request or try to help me at all). This is to management, please re-train your staff or hire better staff that will care for its customers, greets people nicely and likes working at the cliff.. us customers don't like rude people, nor for them to accomate us.. we come here to relax not to be treated poorly. #3 complaint) Who the heck has check in at 4pm?! all other hotels have check in at 2pm or 3pm, oh and check out is at 10am, when a lot of places is at 11am or 12pm.. we don't even get a day at this place.. this one is for you management/owners!!! .. change your check in/check out times.. it's frustrating! I know I'm not the only one complaining about this because I always hear it from your own customers as well. read more

I stayed here in early September. Decided to visit here for my Birthday vacation week at the Cliffs. This is my second time staying, enjoyed my week , doing activities in the area. My disappointment was my last day , I decided to stay at the pool. Was having a nice time until, 1st off my daughter-in-law slipped and fell walking the from the, Jacuzzi. She used the rail but , it was still slick. She was hurt all down her right side. Got a huge knot on her wrist. As I was entering the lounge the door racked across-ed my left foot and caused a gash between my pinky toe and the toe next to it. Blood filled my sandal , and I had to stop the bleeding right away. We notified the staff of both injuries . For my daughter-in-law they took photos . For me , I got a band-aid . No one checked on me , or came to see how I was. I got it to stop bleeding and went to the grill with my husband. A security officer approach us and asked if I was who hurt my foot and how was I. And if I planned to sue. He said I was not the only person who cut their foot , the last lady separated her toes and it was a mess. I told him how blood got everywhere and It was really bad. A office women came and took pictures. She explained how incidents like this keep happening and Corporate will not guard the steps nor fix the door. The security guy stated several kids had slipped and fell , hit their heads. We got nothing for our pain and for their negligence.We decided to wait till we got home to call Corporate. The lack of caring for either my pain and discomfort was the least of this companies or this Resort. If you stay here , stay safe . They do not care about you or if you get hurt. Corporate attitude was. We are a multi million dollar company, good luck doing something to us. As an owner for 21years , I am so outraged and upset that we have paid over $100k for vacation , to have them be so uncaring or responsive. Not to mention , allowing the building to a hazard at the pool. read more
