Okay stay for a one night. Got there late and requested a king room. Tried to book online, but not able to book anything but a double queen. Front desk person was able to find a king at no additional charge. Perfect!! 15 minutes later, he was still struggling with the computer, cancelled our original reservation and then rebooked us for a king room for an extra $70 plus taxes. No thanks! Online it was only a $4 difference (which was confirmed by the front desk when we checked out). We kept our original reservation. Breakfast was the standard scrambled eggs, biscuits, veggie quiche, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and brownies. Brownies for breakfast?? That was a first! (But quite popular with the family eating next to us.) Parking was hillside. Cleaning is only by request. Bring your sheets and towels to the front desk to be exchanged. Indoor pool on the first floor. Lobby and breakfast on the second floor. Other surprising hotel lack of amenity was there is only one elevator which is unexpected for a new, busy hotel.

i really enjoyed my stay here!! Service - 5/5 the staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt just safe and nice talking to them. non-hostile. Hotel Room - 4/5 I rented out the apartment, and i was not dissatisfied. I yearn for another visit at this exact room, for it was clean, roomy, and the interior had a nice geometric aesthetic that wasn't overly simplified. during my time I found 2 massive bugs so minus a star. Breakfast - 3/5 It was average. nothing special. the biscuits were good but the items weren't changed which dissapointed me. overall, I was satisfied and nothing was to much of a quagmire. I'd stay here again!

My husband and I always come to Silver Dollar City with our 2 young children 2x a year. We spend literally all day there when we go and always check into hotels late at night so can't justify doing big cedar or anything like that since we literally just sleep there. We usually do a different hotel when we come but noticed this hotel was much newer than most last time we were driving around so decided to give it a shot. This place was spotless service was friendly and they had a pretty nice breakfast setup! They were serving you breakfast though covid style the lady serving it was so nice though! They offered muffins, waffles, eggs, sausage bacon biscuit etc. the room itself was very great size we got a king suite and it was more than enough size for our family of 4. The showers were so much newer than most local places around also I'm always very picky on places bathrooms and this place was just about as clean and new as they come!

    Multiple bed bugs on pillow

BED BUG WARNING! We stayed here in summer of 2024 and I was waiting hoping they'd do something to make it right, but they basically told me "tough" about our entire experience. We were in a baseball tournament and my husband is the coach. We had to stay at one of their selected hotels with the whole team, and this hotel was the place they chose. Honestly the whole thing felt a little dirty with stained chairs etc but I just tried to not think too much about it. The first night my son came in the lobby where we all were and said there were bugs in his bed. I was sure it had to be ants or something and went to check it out. It was 100% bed bugs all over. We went and talked to management and by this time it was past midnight. After awhile of looking for openings, they put us in new rooms but now we were separated (originally adjoining) from our kids. No one slept and we were miserable. They didn't make us pay for that night (we switched about 1 am) but did charge us for the next night a higher price too than what we originally booked. We spent so much time and money making sure to properly treat all our luggage and clothes and have seriously been scarred from the whole thing. They told us we could have left, but again my husband was the coach of the team that all had to stay there. There was nothing done to compensate us for the horrible experience and to this day my son won't sleep in hotel beds. We have to pack air mattresses and have them sleep there because the whole thing was so awful. Every trip we've gone on since has been impacted by this disgusting experience. I asked to speak to the owner who refused to credit us back for the bad experience and was told "absolutely not!" I would stay anywhere else you can while in Branson, this place is dirty and for sure doesn't care about the people spending thousands to stay there. Any good hotel would have gone above and beyond to make the situation better which they definitely did not. We were separated from our kids, charged more than the original room and had to spend time and money to be sure none of the bed bugs were transferred in our luggage or bedding (pillows and kids blankets) we brought once we returned home. Even if it isn't bed bugs specifically, their management has some major red flags for potential customers.

The Branson Ozarks Inn, now operating as a Days Inn by Wyndham, fit the bill perfectly. Location was a huge win -- the theatre was just a few blocks away, so we didn't have to deal with any hassle getting there. Check-in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. Is the place a little dated? Sure. But you can tell they're in the middle of making upgrades, and the effort shows. Our room was clean and comfortable, which is really all that matters for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area -- a nice little touch for winding down after the show. This isn't a luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. At around $80 a night, you're getting solid value for your money, especially with how close it is to the theatre district. We'd absolutely stay here again next time Branson calls us back.

I booked this room well over a month ago and requested a very clean and quiet area room on the 1st or top floor. They did not have either and put me on the 3rd floor. I checked in for a five-night stay. I woke up on the second morning with bedbug bites all over my upper body. I informed the front desk, and they checked the room and found an infestation behind my headboard. They moved us from room 310 to 424 and took one night's charge off our bill. I asked for and got an incident report from the front desk and filled it out. The following day, I went to get it signed and was very rudely helped(?) by the Assistant. Mgr. (Kimberly Dixon). She grabbed the form and scribbled on it so hard that it ripped the form, and she just tossed it back to me. I decided to cut our trip short and check out a day early. Now, after I got home, I checked my credit card account, and they charged another $219.20. I immediately called the hotel to see what the additional charge was for. The front desk person I talked to said she did not know and to call back the next day to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, she called me and said the charge was for damage to the headboard caused by rubbing alcohol. I called the assistant manager the next day, and she said the same thing. She said that I sprayed rubbing alcohol on the headboard, damaging it. I asked her how she knew I sprayed alcohol. At first, she said she had a video recording of it, and I asked her if the hotel was recording my room. I asked her multiple times if my room was recorded. Then she started to change her story, saying that the housekeeper watched me spray. No way that happened since I always have the do not disturb sign on the door. And then she changed her story yet again that the housekeeper said that the headboard did not have any spots on it. She then stated that there would be no refund of the $219.20 and then hung up the phone. I came face to face with the manager and other desk personnel daily, and no one bothered to ask how I was doing or if I needed additional care. I have never suffered from bedbugs in my life, but I am still suffering from the itching and inflammation with mentally and physically exhausted from the entire experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not pay the $219.20 without any proof.. I have suffered, and this has caused me to shorten/ruin my trip. The managers and front desk personnel are very unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel is below Hampton Inn's standards. Would put -Stars if I could.

But in the morning, KIMBERLY D really helped me out when I needed to switch hotels from Branson, Missouri to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since I'm staying here on personal time and on Hilton Honors points. She allowed me to cancel my 2nd night and refunded my points since I checked out before 11am. She helped me out big time and made my stay pleasant. The area is super nice and clean. I will say that the pork belly po' boy was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life! I almost stayed in town longer on the second day just to order it again. The pork belly was smoky, tender, and sweet and paired so well with the grain mustard, pickled onions and arugula -- superb balance of flavors. Bathroom is tiny and there was a single sink.......two beds, 5 people, and 1 sink with enough room for two. It literally has a two sink sinktop but with only a single one cut out. .
