My own cleaning days are over (in a wheelchair), but I'm still as picky as ever. The level of grime, dust, dirt, etc., in my apartment was pretty appalling -- I've either been in the hospital or nursing home/rehab for 2 1/2 years, so the task was daunting. My cleaner Ana was absolutely stellar. Five stars +++. I'm 70+ years old and I have hired many housecleaners and she is the best. Yes, the best. My experience with the staff was great.
