I called them on as they had not showed up. They begged to let them come then which was too late for me, so arranged for the next day between 9 and 10. They showed up about 10:30. I walked them through the premises and indicated that they could skip cleaning the refrigerator and spend the extra time on the rest of the kitchen and on the bathroom shower. I reminded them that they had agreed cleaning inside of windows and window frames and baseboards. (All part of deep cleaning). I explained to them that the floor is laminate, not wood so they should not allow water to settle on it. I noticed a slight look of displeasure on the male's face but he did accept a caffecito. They declared themselves finished around 2. We walked through and I mentioned that the floor condition was not good. She tried to talk herself out of that. Anyhow I gave them a $10 tip. Later on, I check the cleaning results again and that's when I noticed all the things they had not done, and the floor was the so disappointing, it was worse than it had been before. I called them and explained my disappointment. She tried to argue with me and then say okay i'm working now but I will be there in 2 hours. They came out on quick notice and showed up right on time. When they arrived, they asked me what areas I wanted them to concentrate on. I let them know to use their best professional judgement but the worst problem areas for me are dusting and mopping. They nodded and went to work right away. Now everywhere I looked, there's not a dust left and everything is spotless! They even got behind this little area between my bed and window that I wondered if they'd notice. They were also very considerate of how much noise they made as I had been working from home at that time and made sure to put back my things to their original places after lifting them to dust. Price was also more than reasonable and I was not locked into a long term cleaning plan. Very highly recommended. I have used cleaners regularly and not all of them are created equal. Some of them has more skill than others. Delacruz has them in spades so they can clean the shiniest in the shortest amount of time. They sent one cleaner -- the charming Sueli S. -- who went above and beyond, getting the bathroom and carpeted areas spotless. It all looks and smells amazing, and I cannot tell you how immensely cheering it is to have a fresh, clean house when you're ill. She was also very sweet, sharing her own experience with her mother's cancer (using Google Translate, which was a godsend). Such a kind lady, and her visit was immensely cheering as well.
