I booked a $450 deep clean and was transparent when booking that my home needed substantial cleaning; when asked to rate its condition from 1-10, I rated it a 9. The service was estimated at four hours, from 10 AM-2 PM. The cleaner ultimately stayed until approximately 7:30-8 PM, nearly ten hours. I understand that an estimate is only an estimate and that my home required significant work. However, even after nearly ten hours, there were basic areas that appeared not to have been cleaned at all. In the primary bathroom, this included the sink and front of the bathtub, and the floor along the tub remained visibly dirty. Other flooring was also not thoroughly cleaned. Belongings that needed to be moved during cleaning were frequently left in unrelated locations rather than returned approximately where they were found, and I spent days finding things in unexpected places afterward. The handling of my concerns was ultimately as frustrating as the cleaning itself. The company initially acknowledged that areas had been missed but offered to return only for an additional charge. When I questioned paying again to complete the original deep clean, I was later told that their reclean policy required concerns to be reported within 24 hours and that too much time had passed. They then processed a $30 refund without asking whether I wanted or accepted that resolution. After further discussion, the company offered to have the original cleaner return at no charge. I said I was open to having the missed work completed but did not want the same cleaner to return and asked whether someone else could do it. Rather than answering that request, management processed a $100 refund and informed me that this was their resolution. In that message, they described their reporting policy as 24-48 hours, rather than 24 hours. I had reported my concerns approximately 44 hours after the cleaning, which was within that stated timeframe. I ultimately accepted the $100 refund because I did not want to continue the back-and-forth and closed my account. To the company's credit, their final response was substantially better: they acknowledged that they should have listened more carefully to what I was asking for and communicated with me before making decisions on my behalf. They apologized, closed my account as requested, and confirmed that my stored payment information had been removed. I appreciate that final acknowledgment. However, the overall experience involved a four-hour estimate becoming nearly ten hours while portions of the deep clean still remained incomplete, followed by a lengthy resolution process in which the proposed remedy and explanation of company policy repeatedly changed. I would not use this company again. read more

Had a terrible experience with them. I've hired them for a post move out cleaning. The cleaner did a terrible job leaving a lot of damages to the home. They are not aware of what solution to be used on different surface types. The cabinets as indicated in the attachment got scratches and they did a rough cleaning which even caused our blinds to fell off and the cabinet handles got broken too. After the cleaning was done and after noticing these damages (which was even evident in the pre and post cleaning pictures their cleaner has took) - I've been in touch with them to get them address the damages caused. Initially they have bought time asking for photos etc and later on when the photos took by their cleaner has confirmed it - they have agreed to hire a handyman to fix it. After couple of days when I didn't hear from them, I've tried to reach back and noticed that they have blocked mine and my spouse number. Such an unethical and unprofessional behavior - giving fake promises and later absconding. We are super worried now as even after sending multiple emails, we are not even getting a single response. So never ever trust these guys - we had the worst experience with them and so unprofessional. read more
