Sat Feb 15th and 11.00 am rolls around (the time they were due to all). 1.30 and I look at the text (oh dear I wrote the text but never sent it !! did not tell the wife for fear of an early death). Instead I text Green home and asked when was the earliest they could come. This was a Saturday bear in mind so I expected early the next week, No, They could be there at 2.00pm the same day (saved!!). @.00pm came and Aliya knocked on my door. My home is 3600 sq feet, she was one woman but oh my what a woman (more like a robot in the best possible sense). Staring upstairs she got to grips with each room in turn. I looked at my watch it was 6.30pm she was still upstairs working like a Trojan (British saying not sure if it translates, working damned hard). Aliya worked room by room as the clock slipped past 9.00pm. I was exhausted watching her, she literally never stopped. Ion the end I told her to pass on a couple of areas we never use or she would have been there until midnight. After wards we went around and every room was spotless and, hoovered, dusted, polished and swept. I honestly have never seen someone work so hard. She recommended someone else, but that person arrived alone without any cleaning tools or a team. To make matters worse, I later found out she was actually working at a different home during the time she claimed she couldn't work due to her car. The day before the cleaning, I was given a window of 8-10 am for arrival. It's 9.45 am the next day and no sign of the cleaners. I message them and I keep getting told they are on their way and that they're proactively following up with the cleaners. It's 11 am and still no sign of the cleaners. After having a phone call with the company, I'm advised that the cleaners had some personal issue so now cleaners will come between 1.30-2.30 pm. It's 2.23 pm and I get a message that they are about 30 mins away. This is after I called to find out what was happening. It doesn't stop there. It's past 30 mins and I am following up with them only to be told this cleaner is 5 mins away and they're tracking the GPS. Good news, they finally turn up after 20 mins (vs the 5 mins away message). There are two people. One starts working and the other just looks around the house, speaks to sometime over the phone and says "I'll be back in 40 mins". Surprise! Surprise! She isn't. And only one lady is cleaning. She's mostly on the phone and dusting things, which needed to be re-cleaned after I showed them out wasn't cleaned properly. Please steer clear away from this business. I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. It had already been cleaned- but I was looking for a really thorough job so my home would look nice for potential buyers. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job.
