The prices were comparable, I shopped around, but they were the only company that could come on short notice. I'm moving and needed my carpets cleaned before my furniture comes. The stains were horrible and every single one of them are gone. I'm shocked at how good my carpets look and smell. The rep, Bruce, was super friendly, he did mention some "other guys" that we're not so nice and would rip people off. We talked, he gave me advice on how to clean future pet messes and even spent a few minutes with my dogs. The only negative is the time frame. They told me they'd be here between 12p-5p. While they came within the timeframe, which made me happy, it seems like a more accurate/a shorter timeframe should be easier to figure out. For any of my future carpet cleanings I will definitely use these guys and recommend them and also Bruce to people I know!

Our neighbor was pleased with the service, so we had PSCC do our house. We moved all the furniture we could out the way and off all the carpet. Only thing left on the carpet was the beds, and one large, heavy, piece of furniture. I then vacuumed every bit of our carpet until the dirt sensor, on the vacuum, glowed green (indicating no dirt). Note: While the "cleaning wand" can reach a bit under the beds, the furniture could only be cleaned around. Doug H. was our "Lead Technician". I think he did a good job. Now Yelp used to call 5 stars "As good as it gets", and never having this done before, I wouldn't know. But now Yelp calls 5 stars great, and 4 stars good. And since I think a good job was done, I'll go with 4. About the only thing I didn't like is that our living room was considered two rooms, "because of the size." Also, closets are cleaned at a flat rate of $30 (which seemed high, but we did get a 2 for deal deal). When Doug finished, he turned on the ceiling fans in all the rooms. I also had cracked all the windows in all the rooms to get some fresh air. We did find one spot that needed a little extra work, but Doug did get it out. We were told to try to stay off the carpet for 6 to 8 hours, but if we had to go on it, wear white socks. I went barefoot the one time I had to get something from one of the rooms. It seemed it took a little longer to dry, but in the end we were pleased with the work done. Oh, our water supply was used, via the hose bib on the side of the house. Bottom line: And now it's almost time to list our home.

Edgar Hildrago was our project manager, he does not communicate with us, I had to call him many times during the project to get updates, like when they ordered the wrong stair nose and when they ordered the wrong shoe molding and when they ran out of something and had to wait until more came in because it was back ordered etc., the lack of communication was just frustrating. 2. We also paid a down payment of about $4,000 for additional work in my office and to install a door, this was in May, as of today the work still hasn't been done, all I'm getting is one excuse after another. I had a very poor experience with a deep clean. They sent one person and she was done in 4 hours (for context, our regular house keeper takes 4 hours for a basic clean). I walked through the house and the below were items that were still dirty: Master Shower - they cleaned this 3x and still was not to standard. After the second time, I being 38 weeks pregnant got a damp rag and scrubbed for 20 seconds to show them the dirt and soap scum still on the shower! I had to clean it myself a fourth time. Multiple spots on door frames, doors, and baseboards not wiped Cabinet faces in bathrooms and kitchen not wiped Inside of microwave was not touched Top of fridge wasn't dusted Top of pictures/decor/lamps not dusted Kitchen light fixture not dusted Window sills not properly wiped out Chairs in dining not dusted Laundry room shelf not dusted, tops of machines not dusted Bathroom sink fixture still dirty Front and back doors inside not wiped Several of these items they went back over more than once. The owner spent almost two hours here after the initial woman had cleaned going over her work and correcting the above items. I also expected the house to smell nice and clean and it did not. When I asked if diffusers were used, I was told "I think I saw she had one with her by the door." While they did attempt to immediately correct all the issues I had, I shouldn't pay $400 to tell you what to clean because at that point I could've done it myself (keep in mind I had already confirmed what specific items would be completed to prevent any miscommunication with this). The owner apologized but did not offer any changes to my bill or another opportunity to make a good first impression. I did a lot of research on who to clean our home pre baby and I was severely disappointed. I will not be using them again and would not recommend.
