He came by and checked the length of the gutters and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable so I hired him. He was here for about an hour and sent me pictures of the gutters after. It was professional and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. We spoke on the phone and I provided him with the number of windows, etc. He emailed me a quote and the breakdown of the cost for each service included. Some of the other quotes were lower but I could tell that I would get what I pay for. Ronnie (or Ronald) cleaned the interior and exterior of my windows and did an impeccable job. He is extremely detailed and took his time to make sure my windows looked perfect. And they did!!! I did not realize the difference it makes when the windows are clean. The difference in the light coming in was amazing. He even told us which window needed new caulking. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work. However, I want to make a statement about what a nice gentleman he is. He is respectful (e.g., he would not wear his shoes in the house) and kind. There are times when you meet a person and are immediately drawn to them because you feel that they are a good person. That is how my husband and I felt about Ronnie.
