Overall my experience with Marse Cleaning and would use them again. The crew of 3 arrived within…read morethe agreed upon window, which helped me tremendously with my schedule - as I was working from home. During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! My oven was sparkling like it was the day I moved in! The flat fee charged was fair and reasonable. THANK YOU!

They sent one person and she was done in 4 hours (for context, our regular house keeper takes 4 hours for a basic clean). I walked through the house and the below were items that were still dirty: Master Shower - they cleaned this 3x and still was not to standard. After the second time, I being 38 weeks pregnant got a damp rag and scrubbed for 20 seconds to show them the dirt and soap scum still on the shower! I had to clean it myself a fourth time. Multiple spots on door frames, doors, and baseboards not wiped Cabinet faces in bathrooms and kitchen not wiped Inside of microwave was not touched Top of fridge wasn't dusted Top of pictures/decor/lamps not dusted Kitchen light fixture not dusted Window sills not properly wiped out Chairs in dining not dusted Laundry room shelf not dusted, tops of machines not dusted Bathroom sink fixture still dirty Front and back doors inside not wiped Several of these items they went back over more than once. The owner spent almost two hours here after the initial woman had cleaned going over her work and correcting the above items. I also expected the house to smell nice and clean and it did not. When I asked if diffusers were used, I was told "I think I saw she had one with her by the door." While they did attempt to immediately correct all the issues I had, I shouldn't pay $400 to tell you what to clean because at that point I could've done it myself (keep in mind I had already confirmed what specific items would be completed to prevent any miscommunication with this). The owner apologized but did not offer any changes to my bill or another opportunity to make a good first impression. I did a lot of research on who to clean our home pre baby and I was severely disappointed. I will not be using them again and would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with this company. Noemi came to give us an estimate for a deep clean in…read moreour home. We have a four bedroom house. The estimate came out to $675. Noemi promised cleaning top to bottom and every knock and cranny. She talked about a "ghost buster vacuum" and would vacuum the top of our cabinets and hutches. The company sent me a contract that listed what they would do. In the contract the utility room was listed. The crew of 5 cleaned the light fixtures, dusted the furniture, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen and mopped the floors. When the crew finished and left, I checked their work. The top of the cabinets weren't vacuumed, the top of door jams were dirty, top of hutches dusty, top of curtain rods dusty, under the couch cushions full of debris. And the utility room wasn't touched. I called Noemi to express my concerns and after several attempts I got through. When I expressed my concerns Noemi said that couches aren't covered in the cleaning and utility room cleaning wasn't an oversight. She only admitted to not vacuuming the cabinets after I told her I had gotten up there to check. Overall, the crew did a fair job cleaning, but they didn't deliver on the deep cleaning top to bottom every knock and cranny. They also had poor customer service when any concerns were voiced. I also questioned the company's ethics by not honoring the items on the contract. Had I not gotten on the ladder and checked the tops of furniture and cabinets I would have believe that they cleaned it. They were willing to get paid for work not done. After all the back and forth, they first said they would send a crew to finish the work. Then there was a medical emergency and they couldn't send anyone. A few days later, I get and email from them that because I was"hostile" they would give me a discount if $100, which I never asked for a discount, but not going to send anyone to finish the work. In my experience, they promised a lot but did not deliver. They don't stand by their work or their contract.
