She and her team arrived on time and were finished on the dot of when she stated. I wish I would've gotten a before picture but my bathroom hasn't been this clean since move in. They got all the hard water stains from the shower off and the faucets were literally shining. The cost estimate I received was also accurate and very fair in price. Can't say enough good things about Immaculate Help and will 100% be using them again.

She also forgot to dust the fireplace mantle and didn't dust anything in the dining. I would've said something, but she left without saying anything which was odd, but it was late so no worries. It was pricey for the job that was done--however it definitely wasn't the worst and overall it was just okay. I will say, she did a great job with the master bathroom, but the job wasn't worth the price.

The ladies will also bring their own equipment and face masks to utilize while working inside your home, ensuring safety for both themselves and your family. No spot is left unturned, and they even provide you with time/money saving tips beforehand. We used them for our recent move out clean, and they made sure to ask us to self clean the oven before our appointment so that the ladies wouldn't have to spend their allotted time scrubbing that out. Their pay is determined by the number of hours in which they clean, so we appreciated the courtesy. The end result was perfect, and our pictures for the sale listing came out wonderful. They checked every cabinet and drawer, being so thoughtful as to text me pictures of anything they found in case it needed to be added to the pile of items we had already hired a trash service to come and collect. I find their pricing to be competitive for the area, and right on par with the level of service they provide. With all of us spending so much time in our homes this year, give yourself a break and hire them to help you out around the holidays. You will love how clean your house feels afterwards!

Mindful Cleaning Service delivered services that exceeded our expectations. For context, they…read morehandled a move-in clean for a one-bedroom student apartment in Arlington, TX. The highlights of their service, besides a thorough, soup-to-nuts cleaning included great communication (quick responses, proactive reminders/updates and detailed follow up) and high-touch, personalized service (listening carefully and addressing needs with attention). The owner, Shavonne C. called within minutes of the initial request being sent via Yelp. She spent time with a consultation to discuss the scope of work in detail and review areas of concern. We are from out of town, and did not have any cleaning supplies or equipment, so that was one aspect of the job that was noted and handled expertly. At the completion of the cleaning, we were provided with a detailed, written report and photos of the apartment. This was a Wow! point. They also cleaned the exterior of the windows; something which we didn't think about - another example of how they went above and beyond to deliver a space that had a tangibly better vibe. If you're looking for a 110% professional cleaning service that is also warm and friendly, this is it. I highly recommend Mindful Cleaning Service.

We came back to what honestly felt like a brand-new home--floors shining, counters sparkling, and not a dust bunny in sight. Their communication was on point from start to finish. They kept us in the loop without being overbearing, and even better--they were so thoughtful around our pets. We have a few furry supervisors at home (some more curious than helpful), and Mindful Cleaning was so gentle and respectful with them. Big win in our book! We've used other services before, but this one felt... different. Like they actually cared. You can tell it's not just a job to them. They take pride in what they do, and it shows. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a deep clean with a personal, professional, and pet-friendly touch.
