They were very prompt in returning my messages as we negotiated the booking. I wasn't there during the cleaning, so I left the apartment accessible. When I arrived later in the evening, the carpets looked good (despite their age and degree of wear) and the kitchen and bathrooms were well cleaned. The bathtub was especially well done. Thanks for the great service!

Because she said their commercial machine was being repaired, they would instead use a residential sized carpet machine, which would work just as well. Although the price was good, the result was less than satisfactory (see pics). I told her as much via text and suggested she return and re-do the job with the commercial cleaner once it was repaired. Instead, I received a rather angry note suggesting I expected too much from the undersized equipment. We'll never know if their larger cleaner would have done a better job because after reading the response, I feel things are better left as is; lesson learned.

She spent several hours at our house and was incredibly thorough. She even managed to get spots out of our tub and bathroom that I had pretty much given up on--I honestly didn't think they would ever come clean! She also had a great sense of humor and was so easy to have around, even while my boyfriend and I were both working from home. She was professional, friendly, and did a magnificent job. The whole experience with Shinetown has been phenomenal, too. Booking online was super easy, and I love being able to see my schedule and invoice right on their website. I got updates throughout the process, everything was clear, and there was never any confusion about the appointment or what I was paying for. Just really seamless, professional service from beginning to end. There's seriously NOTHING better than sitting down at the end of the day in a shiny, clean house that you didn't have to clean yourself. It feels amazing in here. I'm already looking forward to booking Shinetown (and hopefully Britney) again. Highly recommend!
