I already told her that weekends were not good for us. What strikes me as disappointing the most is how long ago was she aware that her work schedule had changed? Was she just not going to show up at our appointed time? I respect the fact that she's working two jobs but I don't think this cleaning job is her priority. So Dell did NOT complete the cleaning of my house like he promised he would do if the grime was not fully removed the first time (see review from 7/29/2024). After months of trying to get in touch with him and him ignoring me multiple times and then eventually not showing once we finally got something scheduled, he refused to come out and complete the job. I have no clue why he did not come back and he had ZERO explanation. He just ignored my communication attempts and then after me trying to get ahold of him multiple times, he threatened ME with legal action of cease and assist letters. He eventually told me that he would refund my money and we can be done. I said that is fine and send me a check. After not seeing the check for a month I texted him, and he said he submitted it on August 6 and it could take 60 days. It is now October 21 and I have not received ANYTHING. I reached out to him a few times to see what's going on and again he has ignored me. Do not trust Dell. He told me he would come back and finish the job. Never did. He told me he would refund my money. Never did. He told me customer service is number 1. Clearly is not. I would not recommend him at all. I have no idea what happened and even asked him why he didn't finish the job and then wouldn't communicate with me, and nothing. I have multiple texts and communication streams to back all of this craziness up.
