I decided to hire John from The Wash Bucket to come and give the place a deep clean in the bathroom and kitchen, wash the carpets and overall sanitize the place since I had COVID earlier and needed a receipt showing that the apartment was safe for entry. In the past I have had to send messages reminding companies of what was missed and/or not cleaned well. Because she said their commercial machine was being repaired, they would instead use a residential sized carpet machine, which would work just as well. Although the price was good, the result was less than satisfactory (see pics). I told her as much via text and suggested she return and re-do the job with the commercial cleaner once it was repaired. Instead, I received a rather angry note suggesting I expected too much from the undersized equipment. We'll never know if their larger cleaner would have done a better job because after reading the response, I feel things are better left as is; lesson learned.
