Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

Prestige reached out within a few minutes. After describing my problem and asking if they took weekend calls, I gave them a call and they scheduled a tech to come out within 2 hours. I got a text message as a heads up that the tech was on his way. He arrived in the time frame given. The tech was nice and friendly and didn't mind putting on a mask since I have young children.
