Daryl always accommodates us in a timely manner and he makes sure that everything is done the way we want it. They have done interior and exterior of our home. We had wood stained outside and it looks terrific! They take the worry out of wondering if it is done correctly because it always is. Daryl is meticulous on matching up colors so it all blends together. It is greatly appreciated. You can't go wrong with Chagrin Falls Painting. They are my "go to" whenever we need painting done. Have had some professional opinions and they recognized the surface was not prepped correctly after pressure washing. correctly , simply sprayed and prayed. The crew was polite and timely but not very experienced, which is why we are in the position we are in. Stay away from this company.

He came out and shared his honest thought on what we should do. We have never had professional painters before and he walked us through what to expect. We had everything from the trim to ceiling to the doors (the doors we added after we saw how bad they looked in a freshly painted room). Our house had a ton of different dark colors they had to cover they managed to do it. They also replaced several pieces of trim work. I really liked that you don't pay upfront and you don't pay until you are happy. Also their pricing is very reasonable. We got quotes from other companies and theirs was the best. Also there team was amazing, we had a family emergency while the painter were here and they dropped what they were to help me. I can't say enough about the guys they went above and beyond what a paint crew should do. Overall you can't go wrong with Pinpoint!! I would recommend them again and again.

He estimated it would take close to 28 days, but we only had a 24 day window. He promised to meet our deadline and he ended up completing the entire project with a full day to spare. He did this by staying most nights until 9-10:00 and working through lunches and dinners. He was very patient as we selected colors and provided feedback when asked. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier. Not only would I hire Skye Painting again, I plan to hire them for a project this fall. Folks, this is one of those rare businesses where you feel great about the money you spent…read more We moved into a new-to-us home, and the deck was looking tired. On top of that, it had been covered in a solid stain and I wanted to bring back the natural wood grain if possible. I had one contractor come by, and they refused to quote the job, as it would be too large for their crew. The next contractor that came gave me a quote, but it was clear he didn't want to sand and strip the deck, rather preferring to just wash it and put a fresh coat on. I didn't get a good feeling about the attention to detail they would provide. Then Jim from Grand Reflection came out. He's the owner. He's the estimator. He's the lead worker. He explained all of my options and was very honest about the pros and cons to each. He didn't try to sell me the easy solution, but he didn't push the most expensive either. His communication via phone and email was impeccable. He arrived at the times he said he would arrive. If the weather was bad, I got an email or text letting me know it wasn't a good day to work on the deck, and he let me know when he expected to return. Once the contract was signed, nothing changed. His crew of two (he and one other gentleman) came daily. They arrived early and worked late. It was a two week job and he was on site for the full shift each and every day. Jim obviously takes a ton of pride in his craftsmanship. The work itself was tedious and back breaking. No detail was sacrificed. Each board needed sanded. He worked in between the boards with hand tools. Screws and nails needed sunk. He prepped and stained all visible surfaces, and the undersides, and hidden nooks and corners that nobody will ever see! When you care for the areas nobody sees, you are a class act. We are absolutely thrilled with our major deck rehab and restoration and I consider it the pride of our home.

We had 80 years of bumpy, built-up paint on the facade around our front door. The Final Coat crew was able to take most of the surface down to bare wood to start over. When they found areas that were either damaged or curved in such a way that they couldn't be sanded, they fabricated very attractive composite materials to replace those sections in such a way that the style of the house was closely matched and history of the house was respected. Primer and two coats of paint and it now looks terrific. Friendly, courteous crew who cleaned up daily. Treated the house as if it was their own. Highly recommend! read more
