Once called, techs arrived within a few hours, pulled carpeting away from walls and placed fans to dry the areas. Speedy, follow up to check progress as promised and the fans were removed when the floor and carpeting were dry. I received a call from Brahler's a week or two ago, reminding me of their work described above and saying they are available for carpet cleaning as well as restoration. I'd been thinking of having carpet and upholstered furniture cleaned, and their call was the incentive to do it now. If I could rate the company above a 5-star, I would. Before the appointment, lamps, end tables, coffee table, and other items that could be taken from the carpeted rooms were removed. The two-person crew called when they left their prior appointment and arrived at my condo at the appointed time. I reviewed with the lead tech what I wanted, answered a few questions to confirm all tasks, and specifically pointed out two *old* stains that previous cleaning companies had failed to remove. Then I got out of the way. Three and a half hours later, they were done. The lead tech said the upholstery would dry quickly, but the carpeting could take 12 to 24 hours. This morning, 16 hours later, I found the upholstery and carpeting dry. Those two stains I pointed out are gone! The furniture and carpeting are 12 years old and it all looks new, refreshed. I am over the moon happy with the results and the professional handling of my carpet and upholstery cleaning from placing the order to waving good-bye to the techs as they pulled out of the driveway! Note that charges are based on square footage to be cleaned. If you have those figures available, the person making the appointment may be able to give you an estimate of the cost. Other companies may be able to do it for less, but, in my opinion, they won't be able to do it better.

Little did I know that I would be ripped off and lied to. They broke four items in my home and never replaced those items. They took the costly flooring that I asked not to be removed but to dry it out and put it back as it was waterproof and there was no sewage contanmination, yet it all disappeared. The technicians took out my brand-new waterproof flooring after I asked them not to. They cut an electrical chord in my closet that wasn't supposed to be cut and now even if i wanted to hook up a phone again I cant as the plug was never replaced. My blinds were broke as well. When I tried to get all the issues fixed, they just argued with me and refused to take the blame for what their company did. All problems were never resolved. For all the damages, I only got refunded 140.46 They got their payment from my insurance company, and I never heard back. All the issues still exist to this day. This place should not be allowed to operate if a customer has kids as they send out belligerent young kids to do their work who think swearing, dropping the "f" bomb on the regular and complaining about their boss and the company is just another day at the office.

We are waiting on the replacement kitchen cabinet door that was messed up during handle installs in December. It has been waiting to be picked up at the cabinet store for weeks. We have siding falling off of our house. I've reached out to LM many times over the last few months to ask when they will be coming to fix these things. I haven't seen or heard from anyone with LM since December. At this time, I cannot recommend LM as a contractor. They have left too many open issues with my house.
