We've been looking around to find a good fit for a regular cleaner and this one has exceeded our expectations. Superb workmanship on reburbishing my deck. Gene and Josh were diligent from the get-go and I am…read moreso very much pleased. The weather for my newly completed project was perfect for, first, Gene multi-hours powerwashing a large deck, which included the spindles, the next day Josh power sanding the floor and Gene and Josh scraping and sanding the railing superbly, the next day hand painting the rails and spindles, and the conclusion yesterday with roll painting the deck floor. Tylor and a gentleman, whose name I forget, replaced a small section of rotted railing with treated wood, replicating the original pattern, and I will paint it in six weeks since the wood is newly treated. Tylor in our encounters from the very beginning was polite and communication was spot-on with my receiving a written quote in email, which I signed. Girldad being insured was important to me; and with that aspect along with Tylor's presentation and quote, my project was a "go"! I feel honored, which I relayed to Gene and Josh, that they dedicatedly worked my project. (Lattice replacement and/or painting was not part of the refurbishment.)

I have hired worksmart services twice now and both experiences were excellent. I own rentals in…read moreKent and needed to clean out a huge mess in a new property I purchased. The former tenants basically just walked out the door and left everything behind, including a room knee high with trash and debris. Worksmart hauled all of it out of the house for me (all three floors) and disposed of it. It would have taken me a very large dumpster and a week to clear it myself. Their prices are extremely reasonable - I've started hiring them instead of renting dumpsters. The price isn't much different and they load and haul everything out for me. It saves me a ton of time and stress. Today they cleared out the debris from tearing out plaster walls in a large kitchen and a bathroom. I know from experience this is a miserable job. They were able to fit me in within a few days and get it down by my deadline. I honestly can't recommend them enough. James is great to work with and very reliable and responsive. I will continue to hire him!
