When my miniature schnauzer decided to empty his bladder on my cotton/linen duvet containing my…read moredown comforter last Sunday at 2am, I hauled the two items over to Dependable Cleaners just down the street from my apartment first thing Monday morning. I explained the situation - the comforter was still wet and badly stained, including stains from a previous lifetime - and requested that it be dry cleaned and the duvet be laundered and pressed. The cost came to just under $100. When I picked up the items yesterday I was thrilled beyond words. The comforter was folded and packed into the same type of carrying bag it came in years ago (great for summer storage) and the duvet was pressed and hanging over a heavy-duty hanger. Not a hint of the stains anywhere, both exactly as fresh-looking as new. I just finished the 20-minute ordeal of replacing the comforter into the duvet - well worth the effort and out-of-pocket to have everything beautiful as new. Thank you, Dependable. Your name rings true.

Our hotel doesn't have laundry onsite for guests so I looked up the closest laundromat and off I went. I explained to the owner what had happened and he said no problem - I got this, come back in 30. I did as instructed and when I asked how much he said the service on was on him. I tried to gov e him some money to pay but he wouldn't not accept it. This small kindness from the owner meant the world to me and I therefore had to write a review and cannot recommend them enough for helping us out of a tough situation.

The…read morerubber part of the heel came off of one of the shoes and I brought both so they would be the same height. A very nice woman helped me and apologized that she did not have all of the information. She called the following day saying that she spoke with the owner and he saw my shoes. He was charging me $35 and I had to prepay. I told her I would pick up my shoes and never do business there again AND post my displeasure on Yelp. I explained that I was a past customer and the charge was outrageous let alone the fact that they would have both my shoes and my money. I asked her to relay this information to the nameless owner.. I also stated that I was not upset with her, she was just the messenger. I would not recommend this place for anything anytime.

I have gone to this location in Marshfield twice now and have been pleasantly surprised each time. The staff are extremely friendly and informative.
