I had hoped that having a twelve year old, and myself, monitoring the younger children and immediately stopping them from throwing the balls out of the play boxes, as well as picking up the couple that actually got out, would have been most adequate. Unfortunately, what they offer is not even close to being worth having 2 1/2 year old children screamed at while an idiot shakes a finger three inches from their nose. Seriously! My 2 year old child was TRAUMATIZED! She not immediately backed off after being addressed by me (my 12 year old daughter was also shocked and speakless) after I ran to stop the abuse. I am not able in good consicious to return while that abuser works there! I have video (several) and pictures that clearly show that one of my 12 year old twins were constantly monitoring each of my 2 1/2 year olds and that I was almost constantly going back and forth monitoring as well, with an occasional break to sit by my wife. We do not understand what that womans issue was, since the children did nothing significant. They simply got into the boxes with the featherweight balls and threw one or two each, on two occasions, while the 12 year old monitor immediately secured tiny hands and I picked up the balls that got away. The venue is absolutely beautiful and they have 3 different locations on the property to have the wedding and another for the reception. We picked out the location where my daughter had her heart set on and as the day approached, the weather was not looking good at all. The day of the wedding, it showed strong thunderstorms to begin about the time guests were set to arrive, so they had set everything up for the back up rain plan, which was still beautiful. About an hour before guests were to arrive, the radar was showing the rain would move just around where we were for the time of the ceremony. Knowing how much my daughter loved the original space, the owners Shelley and Shawn, got straight to work and moved everything to the space she had her heart set on. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help in any possible way you could imagine. Everyone had a wonderful time and couldn't stop gushing about how beautiful everything was! The venue is amazing and working with Shelley and Shawn made it that much more amazing! I can't say enough great things about the venue or Shelley and Shawn and will never be able to convey my appreciation for everything they did for us! They will forever be considered family in our eyes! If you are looking for a magical place for a wedding, please go check this place out! You won't regret it!

Unsure of the condition of the lanes and their upkeep, we were pleasantly surprised! The counter folks were welcoming and friendly and the facility, while not much to look at on the outside, was up-to-date on the inside. I did not see any lanes out of commission, and the touchscreens and displays all seemed to work great. The bowling pin mechanisms could be faster, but they worked just fine. They do have a fairly busy schedule. We went around noon, and found a seniors bowling league were there which forced us into a holding pattern, which was not an issue. Just be aware that there are leagues that play and you may want to call ahead to make sure they have open lanes available. Will definitely return for more "strikes and spares"!!

From the outside, you wouldn't expect much, but don't let the cover of the book fool you. Bowling World is huge and well kept! We bought unlimited bowling for $17.99 each which is super cheap compared to where we live. We ended up playing 7 games before heading back onto the road. The systems were functioning well and there were a lot of bowling ball options to choose from. I did use the restroom while we were there and I have to say, they were the cleanest and nicest bathrooms I've ever been to at a bowling alley! We will definitely be back on our next road trip!
