This is their new breakfast menu.

This has always been one of my favorite spots to visit and get best quality tastes from Spain. The wines are top quality! Overall the service and experience has always been so welcoming. Best vibe ambiance. Feels like home. Visit and share your reviews. I recommend the Care and Mystic wines. I also recommend Vermut. My favorite ones from Clandestino collection of wines. There is a huge variety of wines to taste so you never get bored. The panini Spanish sandwiches and tapas are top notch. And I am ready to go on a tour in Spain to check out the vineyards.

Charcuterie with original cheeses, meats and snacks from Spain!

Amazing delicious food and incredible wines. I literally felt like I was back in Spain and I am so grateful to have a piece of there here in Shasta. High quality ingredients and wine varieties are served at this beautiful wine bar. Great music too!!

Imagine going to Spain for a couple of hours without having to get on an airplane. I the first time I went to The Clandestino...my friends, and I stepped outside afterward, and just said " holy Cow!"...That was the most amazing experience! We didn't have to go out of town and we got to go to Spain. The wines were superb... The cheeses and sausages and delicious bread from the regions in Spain were extraordinary... To be able to have this experience while having a great conversations with friends and those who are also there to explore... Was quite an amazing experience!! I have been several times... And I have told all of my friends and clients to go to the Clandestino... Meet Nicolas, the owner and his wife and their staff... I have been there on a Friday night when they had live flamenco guitar with some vocals... I have made new friends and brought old friends to this wonderful place . I asked Nicolas why Mount Shasta? And he said because where he produces his wines in northern Spain... Has a similar look, and feel to Mount Shasta... He wants The Clandestino to be a place for people come gather and talk and enjoy just like they do in Spain. (and yes, this is definitely what I remember from my travels!) My recommendation... Absolutely go enjoy bring your friends and make new friends... There's always something new and different with all the varieties he has... Go to Spain without having to get on an airplane!!

An unforgettable experience and hospitality like none other. We happened upon Nicolas and his Spanish wine shop while on a girls' road trip. We had plans to move on to another bar but ended up spending the rest of our afternoon/evening at The Clandestino. The wine Nicolas selected for each of us was perfect, the cheese board he lovingly built for us was impeccable, and we ended the night with bonus glasses of Sangria... and he even gave us a ride back to our hotel so we wouldn't have to walk back in the dark. The next morning, we stopped by before opening (upon his insistence) with our motorcycles and he made us these amaaaaaazing sandwiches that really hit the spot after we rode another few hundred miles. We will be back for more!

My new favorite. Another bottle please.
