Came here on 4/20 at around 11AM and had a great experience. There was a long line but it was not bad at all because they provided therapy dogs + bunnies and also handed out a coupon to everyone for a free gift for waiting in line. I thought all of the workers were super nice and knowledgable. One of their staff walked around with me and guided me through the whole decision making process! The only thing I was disappointed by was that they still charged me for both marajuana and excise taxes when I had a doctor's rec :( . This place is amazing! I went here to purchase my very first canbis product and the staff was so knowledgeable and kind. Taking the time to explain each product to me as well as offering me great alternatives to what I regularly use. A couple of names that seem to constantly help me are Lucas, Hevan, and there is African American gentlemen (5'8 5'10) with sort of twist as a hairstyle, he has ear piercings. I happened to be a customer at the time this person is claiming "security was harassing customers" never happened. This man that came in was cussing out security & employees, despite them being nice enough to still let him in to ring him out, he continues to cuss them out including the girl trying to help him which they then refused service & he got escorted out. Me & another customer were very confused considering all employees have been nothing but nice & knowledgeable. This incident happened months ago but after shopping at a couple other dispensaries since then and figuring out that The Circle purposely lied about the law re cannabis returns, I feel like this review is still worth posting: I used to come here a lot and I always stocked up - meaning I usually spent hundreds of dollars at a time. Last time I came I express ordered several 510-thread orchid cartridges to use in my 510-thread vape battery. However, when I went to use one the next day, the cart didn't work even though it fit perfectly. I called and spoke to an associate who eventually told me that orchid carts only work with orchid vapes - meaning I couldn't use any of them. She then explained I could not return my other unopened carts because I was supposed to read the product description and their return policy before checking out. Now, usually I would have agreed with her and taken the L, except: (1) the description on their site did not mention that the carts only worked in certain vapes, (2) I looked for the return policy while on the phone with her and could not find it anywhere on the website, and (3) I wasn't even trying to return the one I opened, just the others - all of which could have been resold. When I explained this to the associate, she offered to get a manager for me. She then came back and said the manager was busy and would call me back. They never did. When I called back on my own a few days later and finally got a manager on the phone, he said they were *legally* unable to accept returns except in cases of manufacturer defect. Instead, he offered to SELL me an orchid pen, which I refused bc I already had two a perfectly good pens and had already given them enough of my money. Fast forward a few months, I've now been to multiple other dispensaries in the area and they all accept returns within a reasonable window. Confused, I finally looked up the law for myself and confirmed the refund statute only says they CAN accept refunds, they are just not REQUIRED to unless there's a defect. Now that I know this *manager* straight up lied AND THEN tried to get me to spend even more money based on that lie, I will never be back to The Circle and will continue to spend my $200+ per visit elsewhere. read more

My experience with The Circle was wonderful! I am new at using THC, and chose the edibles. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from my first phone contact to the driver who delivered my purchase. The quality of the edibles seemed really good! I definitely got a buzz (if that's what you're looking for. But, more importantly (for me) is that it relaxed me completely! I suffer from neuropathy in one arm, and have been on pain meds and nerve medication for 2 years. After eating one edible I had NO pain in my arm, for the FIRST time ever! Tried to order online today. The website clearly states your order is DELIVERED in 40-60 minutes. I order at 11:30am, and wait. And wait. I call the dispensary at 1:20pm asking about my order. I get put on hold for a good ten minutes, and the employee talked to her manager. They didn't seem sorry at all, they said their driver was behind on orders, and they offered me 10% off next time I went in. I don't want to go in. Maybe I ordered delivery because I don't want to be in public during covid. Absolutely unprofessional and no cared whatsoever. Call your customers if your driver is running behind. The interior is spacious but not spacious enough for one gender neutral handicap bathroom. I had to go down the street to use the toilet. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Came here for the first time on Black Friday, it was pretty empty from the looks of it. I've been to many different dispensaries and The Circle is definitely the fanciest I have been to. You can walk around and smell the different products and once you're all set then you put in an order through the ipad. Once you put your order in you go to the counter to checkout and pay. Once I walked in the girl at the front desk was really nice and gave me a 10% coupon since it was my first time. But she stated there were a lot of deals going on because it was black friday so there was no point in using the coupon since they cant stack deals. So I was thinking, okay theres a storewide deal going on and I put the coupon away for use at a later time. But after I paid I walked outside and checked my receipt, I was disappointed. There was no evidence of any sale going on that was applied to my order which was disappointing because no one cared to look my way and help me out the whole time I was inside for 15 minutes checking out the products and they could've clarified with me. Not one person! I dont know if the person at the front lied to me and said there was a big sale or not. Secondly, the tax is pretty high. I was taxed 32%. Overall, I think it is a pretty expensive place to pick up some greens. I'd rather go somewhere else because customer service was lacking and the price is really high. read more

This was my second time purchasing from The Circle. The store is in a convenient location but I think I need to find a different shop. For my first order, I placed it online and chose the option for curbside pickup paying cash. When I arrived they explained cash wasn't allowed for curbside pickup. Not an issue but it would have been nice if they noted it when I placed the order. The second purchase, I saw online a sale on Plus gummies, buy 2 get 1 for $1 but when I put the items in my cart and checked out the full price wrang up (and no coupon code was anywhere to be found). I went into the shop and tried to purchase the gummies there but was told they were out of the sale ones. Although I'm giving this place 5 stars, I'm never coming here again. I won't include all of the staff in this review or in the rating, because clearly this person was either having a bad day or feels entitled to a power trip because they are at the front desk. I want to be clear I've been a regular at the store up until now. Since there are no signs on the premises, I decided to hit my nicotine vape in the **parking lot** before I went into the store. The first thing the front desk woman greeted me with was a condescending scolding. With no "hello," she said "You aren't allowed to smoke 10 feet away from the store." Listen, I have no problem adhering to rules. However, I was wayyyy farther than 10 feet. I would be willing to let it go had she brought it up in a decent tone. I have worked in customer service for 10 years, it's all about your tone and demeanor if you need to address something with the customer. I said "I wasn't smoking close to the door," and she cut me off! She then said again "it's the rules. You aren't allowed." And just stared at me, not asking me for my ID or moving on with the check-in process. At that point I just handed her my ID, and on my way in she tried to overcompensate her "have a GREAT day." I really don't appreciate entering a dispensary to be immediately greeted with attitude; people are just tryna have a good day and get some sh-ouid. It totally ruined my mood and vibe of the store. This interaction stopped me from attending their 420 event that I was excited for, and definitely would have spent a pretty penny. Why would I look forward to coming here if the first thing I experience is this? Nuh uh. I think your customers would appreciate a little staff meeting reminder that adults don't need to be scolded like a 12 year old for something they didn't even do! Also, put up a sign. read more

Let me Update date my review, as a frequent shopper here I am disappointed that the doors where locked when I got there at 8:50. I called them they answered there phone at 8:52 and asked if they where still opened and said they locked there doors at exactly 8:50 pm which was incorrect because I was out side at exactly that time. There website states they close at 9pm and that is exactly when your business doors should close.I Will take my business to Medman who actually closes there doors at 9pm.
