Just started coming here and it's my new favorite dispensary!!!! Huge selection and chill staff I'm all about the Kurvana!

Zae was the best bartender she helped me find a strain I was looking for. Northern lights, and she was so ecstatic when she found the flower. Haven't been to the circle in over a year, but I'm definitely coming back. I got hooked up with my favorite strain and the best bartender Zae! read more

This place is awesome! Great variety of products. Justin got me what I needed right away.

It's always clean and staff is very friendly love the products ! Any time I come in they always have what I need.

What's the point of having curbside pickup if you're not going to use it? My friend placed an order the other day-we park and call. A female let's us know they don't do curbside before 11am. That's perfectly fine. We place another order today and arrive right before 4pm-park and call. Another female tells us they're not doing curbside today. This being the reason King's Crew is my go to dispensary. read more

Excellent customer service from Darrion! Super helpful and warming made it a great experience as a first time customer!

Visited today, Dulce was great! Super friendly & informative on all products. Super nice & will definitely come back b/c of her

I love this dispensary!! Super cool on the inside! Every single time I come in at least one or two people greet you. The staff is always super friendly and not afraid to share some news about coupons or deals. Lucas in particular was very nice and definitely knew his shitttt. Give my guy a raise for real! read more

My favorite dispensary! Very friendly staff. Last time I was there, Lucas and Dolce were a great help

The circle has a Super clean set up. Easy to get in and out with minimal contact. A wide range of solid products. A dope window view into a beautiful grow room next door. A bit pricey, but that's Long beach taxes more than anything. I would definitely recommend this place. Been going here since they've opened and I've never really had a problem. read more

Stopped in to get a stizz cart and Elise helped me with choosing my flavor, she was so nice and made my experience really pleasant:)

I was happy to discover a dispensary close by my home. So I finally went in to look around and I was super pleased. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Plus they have a great selection. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I've been here twice and had a terrible experience twice. They have a few nice and helpful employees but management as a whole is terrible. Each visit, I've been misinformed about what promotions or items I'm actually buying. My first visit consisted of me trying to purchase items for a specific battery. After asking, no less than 3 times if what I'm purchasing is correct, I was sold the wrong item. Instead of trying to fix the problem, the manager was only interested in selling me more stuff. Trying to convince me to spend more money after he and his staff sold me the wrong item. My second visit was about the same. To make sure I was getting the correct product I again asked multiple times if what I was purchasing was right. (It wasn't). And when I went to fix it, management again tried to sell me more stuff. Even after they noticed I was charge incorrectly. No matter what promotions are listed on a flyer, once they knew I was incorrectly charge, I wish their first concern was to fix that problem. But it wasn't. There are tons of other clinics in Long Beach and a pretty facade won't be enough to make me visit this place again. I would recommend everyone visit another location. Everything you can buy here you can buy elsewhere and get better service. read more

Very nice staff!!!! Product is pretty good. I love being able to see the plants growing in the other room. I would highly recommend and return. read more

Prices have gone up way too high. Not a good option anymore. You can find the same weed for 1/3rd of the price with other local stores and delivery only stores. Also their service has gone downhill. Store was empty and there were 5 people in store doing nothing. Lady up front asked someone to help her and nobody came to help so I bounced and went somewhere else. I feel bad that she has to work with co workers like that. read more

Here is a Marijuana store that does not have a lighter for sale. Twice. So this time I left and went somewhere else.

This place is great bud tensors are super friendly and super attentive! Definitely recommend this place!

Fake Security "Cop" refused me entry when bringing in a new friend because I could not guarantee him on the spot I was going to browse - he was aggressive, foul mouthed, and completely inappropriate. He reminded me of city and state sanctions about the virus, while I was wearing a mask he continued to scream in my face from well within the 6 feet policy. Inappropriate and hyped up young fake cop... You've lost my business and a new client. read more

If you're not a weed connoisseur, don't bother with this place. You can cut the condescension with a knife.

Great customer service and great products. Jordan was super helpful helping pick out desired products. Would recommend to anyone in the area. read more

The people are nice but the place smells like foot odor. I get that it's a dispensary with marijuana; I've been to other dispensaries and they don't have the heinous smell as The Circle. It's a good thing wear mask these days but that helps very little to the pungent smell. I go there because it's close to my house. read more

Great customer service. I enjoyed how fast and efficient the staff is. The products are top tier. I will be back soon

My pets love their pet cbd!!! Customer service is also on point! It's super convenient for their medicinal needs and my cats anxiety has decreased so much I'm so happy for him! read more

Heaven is so sweet! Very accommodating, will be back all. Great customer service thank you very much

FYI: Just got turned away in line - guard told me and my husband that if we were making a single transaction together, only one of us could enter. So I could lie and say we are each making a separate transaction to get inside, or leave. Perhaps I am mistaken, but I could not find this information posted anywhere on your website, or on your social media accounts. Please make sure your customers know this before they show up in person and are turned away. Pandemic or not, this is the kind of customer service issue that will lose loyal customers, or turn-off first-time potential customers. Side note: the person in front of us was not wearing a mask, and was let in. I'll look forward to returning in the future, alone, so I can actually get in to make a purchase. We've been loyal customers since you opened. Thanks! read more

Why go someplace that is crowded and no service. At a small shop you can walk in, find or ask for what you want and you're out! This place is a pain to deal with and no customer service...not the fault of the employees, the set up is lame. read more

Good products yes and the managers were very kind dealing with me but just be hyper aware when you get a delivery. Take a screenshot of who is delivering your products because a couple months ago I know I'm late on this review but my delivery person stole my information and drained my bank account. They dealt with said person and let them go but just be aware of who swipes your card into their phone for this establishment. Definitely will not be trusting them for delivery ever again. read more

Dispensary in Long Beach hands-down. They have a variety of flowers to choose from, They great customer service each and everytime and their knowledgeable about everything they carry. read more

Shits fire and the staff are great! They're real with you and chill! They'll give you good recommendations! They do tax though.. and don't forget to tip! read more

Super friendly staff. Even the guards. Their selection of products keeps growing as well. Very clean place -- almost like shopping at a fancy boutique in an expensive mall. The staff always tries to find ways to discount the product as well. They do a great job of taking care of the customer. read more

The decor looks great, however once you get inside the piss poor attitudes start and it seems everyone hates their job here. For me, Vegas has set the bar for how hospitality in cannabis spaces should be and this location failed terribly. I'm in this industry and I was considering this location for a few things however the company I'm associated with won't let this treatment fly, as the people are our first priority, and these guys just don't care, or don't pay their staff well enough to promote an experience. read more

When making a purchase, the bud tender always says that if there are any problems with a stiizy pod, you can bring it back to exchange. I purchased a stiizy pod and when I opened it at my dorm, it was already half empty. I took it back to the dispensary immediately and didn't touch it. I explained the situation to a budtender but the man I spoke to became immediately defensive refused to take the pod. He was saying it was a "normal amount of headspace" despite the pod clearly not being anywhere near full. I was going to advocate for myself but he cut me off with "have a nice day". Then he walked away before I could say anything else. If you're looking for quality and respectful service, I recommend ShowGrow/Body and Mind over this dispo. read more

Not to sound cliche but Hunter made my buying experience a joy. I ordered thru their Express Ordering page and Hunter gave me a discount. She kept the conversation fun and light and I can't way to go back lol read more

I dont care enough to go into details. Just know I wont be back. Two stars for the look and the location.

They have a great ambiance and keep everything clean I appreciate it especially during this pandemic. Great selection as well recommend to everyone! read more

If you're disabled, do not use delivery. They will give you are hard time about providing doorstep delivery and question you if you are truly disabled. Not disability friendly. read more

Shoutout to The Circle! Dope dispensary with great products. Not the best FTP discount and hardly any other discounts after that. They have delivery now. read more

One of my favorite dispensaries I've ever been to!! It was HUGE! They had such a big selection, everyone was nice, and knowledgeable. There was a big selection and everything looked brand new! read more

Def over priced. Def need to make sure online orders are correct! Reason we order online is to make it quick and easy. And not leave with the wrong item! And then we can't just swap it out? Not like alcohol. Because if I get a drink and it's not why I ordered they make me a new one! Just annoyed. I'm too ocd for mistakes. Lucky for me I don't go often or I really would have been ticked. read more

First off, this place is a MUST go to! Knowledgeable, friendly, and never trying to make you spend more than you need to. Great example, Hannah rung myself and my partner up tonight and carried on a great conversation with us, getting to know what we liked and offered other small deals which were amazing! Thank you so much to this staff for keeping us safe during the COVID pandemic with masks and occupancy control! This is such a wonderful safe space and employees like Hannah make it that way! read more
