They offer 30min personal training sessions or you can do a group class, but the class sizes are small and restricted to about 10 people so you still feel like you get individual attention (my experience pre Covid). If you sign up with them they'll get you on a nutrition plan. They make it very clear that you can lean on them for support when it comes to motivation or just general encouragement. I'm still training 2x a week with Tiff even now during the pandemic and as a lady with no weights at home Tiff still manages to kick my butt and make sure I get my sweat on!

Its full service, so you just have to show up, and your mat and props are ready to go. She also offers water, tea, and fruit. I have tried a majority of the teachers and classes. So if you are new to the studio or to yoga, then I highly recommend signing up for the one week beginner trial and trying as many classes as you can to get a feel for all the different classes and teachers. There are many teachers who I love and connect with, and to be honest their are some who's teaching styles don't speak to me. That's the beauty of this place and all the options. I did see someone leave a one star review that only took one class, and said that this place is only for beginners. I've been doing yoga for years, and have taken Flow and Power Flow classes at this studio with Faye, Chantal, and Virginia where they tried to guide you through more advanced poses/ techniques. Even in the gentle flow classes that I've taken with Faye and Darby, they give you the space to make it your own practice and go into more advanced techniques if you have them in your practice during their class. They always offer different options for everyone in class, based on their experience/ practice/ body. I also highly recommend taking breathwork with Elaine on Monday nights and the sound bath on Sunday nights, and give it a second chance if you're tried it once before. The first time, its hard to get out of your head, but once you can get present and go with the flow of what your body needs, its a great experience. I always feel lighter afterwards.

The pool was a delicious 60 degrees and there were barely any people there. For a time we were the only two ladies at the pool. So calm and stress free! The lounge has complimentary drinks and fruits, and is super quiet and cozy. The front desk service was superb. They gave us a tour and even shared some great stories. The lockers are clean and they offer complimentary robes (I'm a sucker for a robe!), towels and all kinds of after shower hair and body products. They have a gym, cardio space, yoga, May Pilates and weight room. They even offer sound baths, which you don't have to be a member to enjoy btw. It felt like an old school club where people are happy to see you and interact. So lovely. One thing..... please don't hate me.... But.... I'm going to wait until they convert the tennis courts to pickle-ball courts before I join. ;)

There have definitely been periods when I've been on and off, especially during the pandemic or just because life was lifing, but I'm happy to see this studio still going strong after all these years. Jordan, the owner, is absolutely phenomenal, and there are several instructors and classes that I absolutely love and highly recommend. I really enjoy Jordan's hot yoga flow classes, and my other favorites include Jaimi (yes, we share the same name and spelling!), who teaches an excellent hot yoga sculpt class, and Manndola of DolaFit. If you take Manndola's class, come prepared and get your mind right because you are going to WORK! His classes are a great mix of cardio and strength training, and I've always walked out feeling like I can do anything. I also really enjoyed Ashby's classes and definitely miss taking them. There have been quite a few instructors who have come and gone over the years, and while I recommend some more than others, that's really just a matter of personal preference and instructor style. I love a challenging class, so difficulty isn't an issue for me--it's more about the overall energy and vibe of the instructor. One thing to keep in mind is that a lot of the classes can get packed, so I recommend getting there at a good time to find parking and get settled in. Parking can be tough at times, especially when classes are busy. After nearly eight years, I'm still happy to support Jordan and White Heat Yoga. It's great to see a local studio continue to thrive for so long, and if you're looking for hot yoga, sculpt, cardio, or strength-focused classes, I definitely recommend checking them out. You will not be disappointed!
