I came here recently for a Flashback Cinema showing--it's a series in which many independent theaters play vintage classic movies from the 80s and 90s. I had a blast! It's so fun to see historic blockbusters on the big screen. This is a low-key, no frills venue. There is a modest snack stand at the front and older style seating. I came for a Sunday matinee and it was not busy. There was a family who had rented out one of the rooms, which seems like a cool thing to do. Tickets are $10 and below. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you want a nostalgic theater experience and the chance to see some classic films.

Tickets are $10 ($9 for military, $8 for kids), and they have a special on Wednesday's for $6 tickets. Soft drinks and Icees are $6 or $7 by size. Popcorn is $7, $8, or $9 (of $15 for a giant tub that gets $2 refills). Popcorn and drinks are also discounted on wednesdays. It's set up almost exactly like a movie theater from twenty years ago. I find that charming and nostalgic, though some might find it dated. Either way, while the configuration is classic, it's clean and properly maintained. And while they don't specialize in having a bunch of IMAX screens or Dolby Atmos, etc., they have crystal clear laser projection and decent audio systems that compare to the non-premium (IMAX, etc.) screens at brand new theaters. You're not looking for that much service-wise at a movie theater snack bar, but the staff were friendly, polite, and did everything the right way. The popcorn was fairly fresh. They have the old school "butter" dispensing machine. It was great to be able to have a nice date night at the movies, complete with the snacks we each wanted, for less than $50 for both of us.

Furthermore, bc of my daughter's age she wasn't asked to have her hair or make up done, and I'm sure we all know that most studios require the use of cosmetics and an up-do of sorts. In addition to the low cost of recitals, the cost of tuition and the summer dance camp is more than manageable. Most recently they began selling the leotards, shoes and tights they ask the students to wear and have done their due diligence for their customers to find the cheapest and best products so we don't have to. As always, though, someone has to find something to complain about, right?

Our daughter attended this dance company when they were still at the sports complex which was an…read moreinteresting environment. We started with Mommy & Me classes during the pandemic. The way they structured a "social distancing class" for 2 year olds was great. We loved having Miss Jen and fast forward to this year our daughter is in her 2nd year of Creative Rhythm with Miss Jen. The dance company has a new location which didn't travel far from the previous location. it is located right off of county line and upper state road in Chalfont. The building is like night and day from their old spot! It's welcoming, clean, and each dance class room is brightly lit with windows/doors to "peek in" on the dancers doing their craft. My daughter feels so safe going to Babylon and enjoys making new friends (even at the age of 4). She is figuring out if she has a passion for dance, and I'm glad she is doing it here. The owners are always communicating with you about the fees/payments, exciting news, and class closures due to weather related issues. I also love that they let you "trial" a class for free before you commit! I would highly recommend this dance company to any parent trying to start their little one out

About the only issue I had was I wish the owner took a picture of me with the three magicians from the act. I know he was busy handing out flyers but he took a picture for the previous group with the magicians. He just said to me, "Get someone else to take the picture." One of the three magicians took a picture of me with the other two magicians, but it would've been nice to get all three in the picture with me. I'm pushing 60 (and I paid extra to get a front row seat), so photo memories like this would be nice.
