Owner of the restaurant stops by at every table to ensure everything is good and asks for feed back. I told him I didn't like my food (clean plate) and I can tell he didn't get what I meant. I said it's the other way around and he got a good laugh. Minimal decors. Spacious, airy, booth and regular tables available. Live Karaoke soon. Yay!! More clientele to come. Separate washroom with a lil bit of confusing sign. Have to look twice to make sure you're going in the right one. There were 4 of us in the group. These are the food that we ordered : Breakfast Sammy (CAD$15.99) - the sandwich is good except for the home fries. After it got cold, it became tough. Fettuccine Alfredo (CAD$15.99) - it comes with a soup or salad. Additional CAD$4 if you add Shrimp or Chicken. Pasta was Al Dente and the sauce is on point. Food was devoured. Deluxe Happy Belly Burger (CAD$16.99) - the beef patties are thick, well cooked and tasty. Optional add ons with additional fee like onions or mushroom. The name is aptly. French Toast (CAD$13.99) - it was okay. I have tasted better. I was in awe with the amount of bacon that came with it. It was a lot. I was expecting to get a few pieces. That made up the whole meal. We left the restaurant with Happy Belly and Satisfied. For sure we will come back when we find ourselves lost in the area.

The restaurant has distinctly diner vibes, and appeared possibly associated with the Travel Lodge that was structurally adjacent. Joane (?...she did say it was with a single "n") was our very gracious server. Two of us ordered the cheese burger and the 4-cheese creamy penne, respectively; both were tasty and satisfying, done well as "diner" selections. The remaining two of our party opted to do "midday breakfast" instead and ordered the Grand Platter to share...which came with a big side of "entertainment" value as it was unexpectedly served on a Lazy Susan - 4 each of bacon, ham, sausages, and eggs, 1 pancake, toast, and potatoes! Can definitely feed two if not three. Would certainly dine again here if ever coming back out to this somewhat remote destination in Alberta.

Traveling through Drumheller on our way to the forgotten corner and stumbled across this place…read more My SO had a bacon cheeseburger and it was a classic seasoned dinner burger, served on a lightly toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo. Classic cheddar cheese not just a Kraft Singles piece of plastic. I ordered the Santa Fe pizza. Loaded with huge chunks of bell peppers, chicken, sliced tomatoes, and the perfect amount of hot banana peppers. Both of us were beyond satisfied and enjoyed our meal. If you're daring or starving they have a 24 oz burger or a 18" ~ 6 lb pizza to try. The milk shakes were delicious; and if you're going to order a pizza, either order 2 or add a glass of water on the side. This is because you're going to be done your drink before your food arrives they're so good. The staff were friendly, quick to tidy the tables as they were emptying and very polite. The dining room was bright, each table painted differently and designed by someone local. Very charming. So coming back when we have time and are driving through.

The dining room was not too large but was made efficient with table placement. We ordered at the counter then were assigned a table by the woman who took our order. There were a few other patrons when we arrived. Our food came out in about ten minutes. I had a double cheeseburger with onion rings and Andrew had a mushroom burger. His burger had a gray mushroom sauce on it that made the burger sloppy. Andrew enjoyed it. My burger was not your typical burger. It seems to be hand made and had some seasoning on it. It was a bit too salty and and also kind of tough. It was good though. The onion rings were typical. Business really picked up while we were there with many more customers. If I were to go back I would get the chicken finger basket. One of our co-diners had that and it looked good.
