The promotion was buy one, get one free, but that should never be an excuse to lower the quality of the dessert. Instead of receiving what was advertised, I got a cup that was almost entirely filled with dry kataifi pastry. There were only three strawberries, and they were not fresh. There was barely any chocolate or pistachio filling compared to the amount of dry pastry. When I left an honest review about my experience, the owner accused me of lying and claimed that the security cameras showed eight strawberries in my order. I have photos of exactly what I received, and they clearly show otherwise. I have no reason to make up this experience. I simply wanted to share what I actually received. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the business chose to accuse a customer of being dishonest. Also had a tea and a cappuccino. The latter was very good. Service was excellent from the young man working the front. He was personable and checked on us very often.
