These two are sleaze balls! Terrible attitudes, clearly they did not show up to help solve my…read moreproblem. They were only here to collect the money from the home warranty company. They showed up, complained about the panels being removed from the unit, said "that could void the Home Warranty". The guy used a multimeter on a few things, then they left saying "we'll have to see what the Home Warranty people have to say".They were at my house less than 10 minutes. Translation, I've collected the $95 warranty fee just by showing up and I'll write a report stating that the customer removed panels so the warranty company won't reimburse him. Absolute trash! He left, came back at 4:33 pm and got things fixed just around 5 pm. Nick was very efficient, friendly and very professional. Kudos and thanks to Hillenburg, to technician Nick, owner Brandon and office person Pamela (Brandon's sister). Best home service customer experience I've had since I moved in this house in 2008. I won't call anyone else for my HVAC. Ever.

I asked them to check out my gutters and after inspecting them he told me they were fine and did not need cleaning out.
