I was told once a specific part was placed on the unit that it would be operational. This WAS NOT THE CASE! Once the part was put on the unit still did not work but they asked to be paid and I paid them. Now I need a compressor and a motherboard, which I will not have to pay for, but it will cost me $1000.00 more on top of the $300.00 I have already paid. I DO NOT THINK SO!!! After the inspection he recommended I replace both the furnace and the condenser units. After getting some other estimates I decided to go with them because the price was pretty reasonable and the sales person didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. They put me on the schedule and a week late they showed up to replace everything. It took them the whole day but it was worth it. Now we have a cool house. Good warrenty on the products as well.
